We weren't as close as we were on different floors but understand this was not possible with existing customers. Would have been good to have a pot of hot water at breakfast as I like a weaker coffee and also had my own special tea. The pool looked bigger in the photos but a stool lovely and cool. Food could have been hotter, but generally good. The staff were amazing, honest, kind and caring!!! I left my purse at breakfast and it was returned to me. Breakfast wasn't rushed away at 10:30 if you were still finishing breakfast they were very accommodating with this. My grandson's girlfriend was sick and didn't eat for a couple of days, he bought her some bread in the afternoon and your staff kindly toasted it for her!! The staff were exceptional!! Room for us to gather as a family (14 of us)

My Partner and I had a fantastic stay at our totally private villa. It had excellent lighting, WiFi, overhead and hand held shower, sunken bath, private pool, equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge chairs under a shaded umbrella, all doors lock, bath robes and slippers and on and on all inside your own private grounds. Great value Great location the staff are next level welcoming and accommodating. Skip the breakfast definitely we'd stay there again.
W Seminyak goes with the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I had to change my travel plans just to enjoy an additional night at W. I stayed in the one bedroom villa and also in the ocean front room. Both were great. The location of the hotel was the best. The staff were amazing and very welcoming. Just to add a cherry on top of it, you can rent an electric scooter from the hotel to explore the area. I strongly recommend you to do so. If I ever come back to Bali, W would definitely be one of the hotels I stay in.
The hotel is tucked away from the main road, but close to all the amenities that Seminyak has to offer. A short walk and you are near plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach is a short walk away too. The staff were super friendly, at check-in, the bar and the spa - they could not be more helpful. The rooms were large and luxurious, and we all agreed that we wanted to take the beds home with us - they were very comfortable. I highly recommend the spa too - the massages were amazing.
Location is perfect and easy to get too, Cheap grab rides to nearly anywhere in Bali. Pool was perfect temperature and a good size, not too big and not by any means small. Room was exceptionally clean and well looked after. Staff were also lovely. Price is extremely good and i can only assume it is that way because it is not 'on the beach', but when it costs less than $1 to get to the beach its not an issue at all. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to several locations.

Caretaker of the Villa very flexible, he allows my invited guests (registered their name in advance) to collect keys prior to our arrival. The villa is located in a small alley (corner of the hussle bussle areas) nice and quiet, and less than 3 mins walk already in the heart of dining, shopping area. 20 minutes walk to the beach. Well recommended to anyone new to Seminyak, Bali. Ideal for couples plus friends. But if comes with kids, may be still better to opt for hotels.

That’s the 3rd time that I’m staying at this hotel and I’m very happy with their treatment and service. it’s in the center of Seminyak and near all the kind of restaurants (Italian, Asian, Mediterranean & Western), it’s also near shops that you can buy a SIM card and find information offices for trips in Bali. There are also couple of Pools at the roof and Ground floor, gym, Spa.
On a positive note, the hotel's location in the heart of Seminyak's tourist center is excellent. Many restaurants and beach bars are within walking distance, making it convenient for guests to explore the area.
The staff members were friendly and accommodating, and I would recommend booking a room with breakfast included for added convenience.

Lovely hotel....website photos spot on, aircon fabulous, nice quiet area but not too far from beaches, shops and restaurants. Large and clean swimming pool ideal for cooling off after a long day in Seminyak. You can book scooters from the hotel and the staff are wonderful and super helpful. This was our first stop in Bali and it was amazing! Everything was how we expected, breakfast was very very good, staff was helpful... Nothing more to expect. They also gave us a gift on check out if we go again. Location was perfect as it was on walking distance from everything we wanted to visit and see in Seminyak.
