Absolutely everything in this hotel is terrible. The service is not good. The rooms are extremely filthy. The airconditioning is broken en the breakfast is terrible. Even if you are hungry, you don't want to eat there. Rats are running in the kitchen and cockroaches everywhere.

Nusa Dua is different to Kuta, Legian and Seminyak. Some parts of it I didn't feel that safe.

If you just go from the airport to Nusa Dua and back, I feel...
If you just go from the airport to Nusa Dua and back, I feel like you don't see the real Bali. It is absolutely beautiful, lovely big resorts, tropical plants, beach etc. But. It is very manicured and clearly has been developed for high end tourism, which is fine but misleading if you think that is what Bali is really like.
Having said that, I loved it and would definitely return!

Our Resort was our favourite place, we went for a relaxing holiday and we got everything we wanted.
We ate mostly at our Resort and the food and service was way above our expectation. There was a huge variety to choose from and the food was delicious.
We mainly used Grab, very quick, easy and prompt services.
Nusa Dua is a beautiful part of Bali, It was nice and quiet. Just what we wanted.

Nusa Dua is a lovely area. there is a diverse mixture of cultures and it was nice seeing 5 places of worship next to one another.. A Mosque, Catholic Church, Christian church, Buda Temple, and then a Hindu Temple all within a stone's throw from each other. very vibrant area, full of hotels, restaurants, and nice beaches
Luxury villas in Bali with great service and amenities!
Large villa in hi-tech style, beautiful pool with garden view and a lots of flowers. Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff who always tries to help with any of your requests. The villa has home theater system and a projector installed by the pool’s wall like in a cinema. There are many restaurants and shops nearby as well as the beach. Nusa Dua beach is 5 minutes away by Taxi and cost only IDR 30,000 to get there. Tanjung Benoa only 5 minutes walking from the property.
On our visit, the Benoa beachfront from the hotel seemed to be better to swim in compared to Nusa Dua. Although the hotel is dated, the price was reasonable as we checked in when occupancy was low. We were glad that we chose this hotel before our flight out of Bali. Our room was spacious and they had good selections on offer for breakfast. There is also a shuttle bus that runs every two hours which takes you to Bali Collection for more shopping and dining options.
We booked Melia Bali and they were amazing especially Tika the Manager Front Office. They were professional, service-oriented. The breakfasts and lunches were great and people were very happy with their experience. During COVID they made sure everyone felt safe and things were cleaned over and over. Great experience, great service, clean hotel, and enough staff to ensure a great response if any of the guests needed anything!
It’s a Balinese modern villa, a wonderful haven! It’s a lovely surprise to find this place. We used to stay in a hotel, but this place is so much better. We had privacy & services (big breakfast & cleaning). The pool is amazing, there’re pianos, gym, fridges, microwaves, etc. The owners were super generous and friendly. They accommodated the whole group and recommended places to go. We were glad we took their advice :)

Nusa Dua is a perfect resort if you want to spend your time there. But if you want to travel around bear in mind that the resort is at the one of the ends of Bali Island, so you have to travel a long time.
The hotel is good. Large rooms and comfortable beds. The bath room is fitted with all necessities. Breakfast is very good. The personnel are very friendly. The beach and the pools are good.
Outside the complex of Nusa Dua but close to Bali Collection by shuttle if desired.
Right on the beach but the water is dirty - not the fault of the hotel - but the pool is quite adequate.

The most affordable resort in Nusa Dua... comfy bed and stunning beach. Breakfast options are very limited for a 5 star hotel, but surprisingly its tasty and memorable (cheese omelette, pastries, flufy pancake). Overall I really enjoyed staying there and looking forward to stay there again anytime soon!

The location is convenient and walkable to many other restaurants nearby. The breakfast served at the hotel's Uluwatu restaurant is delicious and the ocean view is amazing. The private beach is great. The hotel staff is very friendly and we had great time in Bali.

Everything is great, new hotel, clean and well-facilitated rooms, helpful and friendly staff, great restaurant and bars (great band at night BTW). and all comes from a very reasonable price - great value! our go to place if ever visiting Bali next time.
Everything at this resort is as you would hope for. Great location in Nusa Dua which is the pick of spots in Bali. Couldn’t have been more impressed. The room with the pool attached was worth every cent. Just a marvellous stay in a truly luxury resort.
