Absolutely everything in this hotel is terrible. The service is not good. The rooms are extremely filthy. The airconditioning is broken en the breakfast is terrible. Even if you are hungry, you don't want to eat there. Rats are running in the kitchen and cockroaches everywhere.

If you just go from the airport to Nusa Dua and back, I feel like you don't see the real Bali. It is absolutely beautiful, lovely big resorts, tropical plants, beach etc. But. It is very manicured and clearly has been developed for high end tourism, which is fine but misleading if you think that is what Bali is really like.
Having said that, I loved it and would definitely return!

Our Resort was our favourite place, we went for a relaxing holiday and we got everything we wanted.
We ate mostly at our Resort and the food and service was way above our expectation. There was a huge variety to choose from and the food was delicious.
We mainly used Grab, very quick, easy and prompt services.
Nusa Dua is a beautiful part of Bali, It was nice and quiet. Just what we wanted.

A Mosque, Catholic Church, Christian church, Buda Temple, and then a Hindu Temple all within a stone's throw from each other. very vibrant area, full of hotels, restaurants, and nice beaches

For us as active 60 and 70 year olds, this resort was perfect. We stayed off the main road so no traffic noise (the road can be busy during the day). There is a lovely 7k promenade to walk along by the beaches and the lovely posh hotels. The Geger beach at one end is clean with good beach restaurants and beds and parasols to hire. This resort is probably not for the youngsters who want to party every night but there is still plenty going on
The Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua is a huge hotel on Nusa Dua Beach within walking access to Bali Collection.
The pool is extensive with excellent/ fun slide for children.
Beach is easily accessed and beautiful.
A great place to stay for some rest and relaxation.
Breakfast good selection and better pastries than other hotels.
Room was spacious and clean.
Excellent kids club with bunny rabbits and the first 2 hrs are free.

The hotel has a very beautiful well-groomed green area, good big pool with lots of sunbeds. The breakfast is super, with a wide variety of food to choose from. The hotel has good location near the beach, but the entrance to the ocean is not the best, especially at low tide, but there were always free sunbeds on the beach. Is not cheap to dinner at the hotel, but nearby there is a shopping center Bali Collection with a sufficient number of cafes.
The hotel is excellent. I would give it 5 star. The design is beautiful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, as if brand new. The room has a premium feel. (I recommend staying in the suite). The service, like the hotel, is 5 star - just perfect.
Due to the pandemic, the rate for a room at the moment is very good, so you really get a great value for money. I believe you won't find such a competitive rate for this kind of quality on Bali.
The pool's are amazing. We like swimming and were traveling with kids so this was perfect. It is a huge resort but that gives good options to eat. Also spacious gardens that are nice to go through. The restaurants and breakfast were good. The staff is very friendly. Also handy is the walkable distance to Bali Connection! Some shops and many restaurants to be found there. Beach is clean as expected in Nusa Dua.
Nusa Dua itself always seemed so peaceful and calm, and the hotel just added to all that. We loved the view while having breakfast, seeing squirrels climb down trees made our son really happy. The hotel having so many pools made it even more relaxing, whether walking around the property or just sitting somewhere. And the staff were always super friendly and very helpful. We will definitely come back here.
The hotel has a personality as you enter the compound. The reception is grand and the lagoon concept in the hotel is exquisite. The rooms are spacy, and each room has a balcony and each has a view of scenery of the lagoon. The swimming pools are clean and proximity to all rooms. The beach is right at the hotel.

The junior suite room is very comfortable and instagramable. Mineral water bottle is cute and refillable, slipper is also cool.
Room has many desks with good internet for us working from bali. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Bath tub is big and compy. The pool and its lounge also instagramble. We recommend you to choose and stay at this hotel.
My children ( 9 and 12) had an incredible stay at the Hilton Bali! The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was impressive and delicious, with something for everyone. To top it off, the value for money was exceptional. Good small resort in Nusa Dua. A great budget friendly place for a more relaxing time in Bali. The breakfast buffet is always a great start in the morning and the spa with the discount is really nice. The hotel has a small private beach that is nice for sunbathing and a quick swim.
Beautifully designed brand new suites in Nusa Dua, Bali. The staff were exceptional and professional and even let us shower after checking out (we visited the beach early). The floating breakfast was super tasty and the Madawa restaurant was world class!

We stayed here already a few times, and for us it is the location that mattered first of all: close to a few places in Nusa Dua we needed to visit, and what we also liked that they discounted the room rates again, after Bali opened for tourists.

Right next to the Sofitel on nusa dua. One of the only hotels on the strip with a Balinese feel to it. Incredibly affordable in comparison.
