We stayed 3 days 2 nights at Zoe's and this is our first time stay at Zoe's. All is superb when our stay in here. The staff is very helping and friendly, room is very very clean, the view/ scenery also awesome. Sure to be back next time of we go to Samosir Island again. Frans and Jojor were so lovely, organised everything for us and offered to drop us off at ATMs no matter the time of day, truly so hospitable. Property felt super personal, the staff were great and the dogs were adorable. Lots to do on the island, the hotel is a fair walk away from Tuk Tuk and Tomok but Jojor and Frans organised transport for us no problem! The views were incredible and right on the lake too.

We like the room, it is modern, the view was great as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities were nice, as well as the facilities. Food was great as well. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We can reach the beach from the hotel, our children can swim or play there. We also rent speed boat to go around Parapat and Batu Gantung. The breakfast buffet was various and excellent, from rice, bubur ayam, bread, musli until small "jajanan pasar". The personal were friendly.
