The location is quiet away from the main area. The staff are very kind and helpful. The food at the Cafe was delicious, we only ate there the whole time. Great yoga, with many different classes available. It was so nice just relaxing by the pool in the peaceful surrounds. Great place for solo travellers as there are lots of like-minded people to have a chat.

We found the location conveniently close to the places we had planned on visiting (restaurants, gym and our next destination).
The room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable, with a good sized storage space and a very nice outdoor bathroom.
The staff were very good at communicating with us both before and during our stay and Eka from reception was also very helpful when we had an issue with our credit card at an ATM.
The check-in and check-out process was very easy and quick. We did not have breakfast at the property but they do offer this service and the area it is served in looked very cozy.
We had a very pleasant stay at this property and will definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Kuta.

A lovely, luxury and beautiful place to stay with such a friendly helpful staff. Instead of gardenview they upgraded our villa with poolview. The breakfast was a buffet plus something to choose from te menucart.
You will need to rent a scooter to go to the centre, beach or whatever. Just ask a staff member and they will help you.
We were overwhelmed by the property and it’s staff. We definitely come back to this place 😍

We really enjoyed Lombok.
We really enjoyed Lombok. It provides the sun, sea, beaches, hikes, and nature that Bali provides but less crowded and prices are slightly lower then Bali too. It’s a relaxing place and would love to come back again.

The local Kuta Lombok Taxi Mafia makes getting around...
The local Kuta Lombok Taxi Mafia makes getting around extremely difficult unless you can use a scooter. Grab and Gojek are kept out of the area and no taxis display any signage to alert you that they are a taxi. Prices charged are often totally astronomical but you don't have any other option except to walk. We will not visit Kuta Lombok again until the taxi issue is sorted. There are many much nicer places to stay in Indonesia.
There are plenty of good restaurants in Kuta but that's about all.
The beach is really, really, really, really full of rubbish and very unattractive because of it. There is serious rubbish absolutely everywhere.
The best part of our visit was the day trip 30 mins away to Selong Belanak beach which is stunningly beautiful.

We did not went to Kuta town to visit Restos this time (is our second visit to the area). It was because the hotel was really great and we just wanted to be chillin by the ocean.
Kuta has many new restaurants and liquor shops. We really liked the area. Is so quiet that gives you more privacy.
This place is great for families with kids! not that single people or couples can not enjoy it, don't get me wrong but now that we have a kid we seek for things that this place offer. There were many couples without kids too, and they seemed to be enjoying this paradise too.
The hotel even has a photographer on site that was such a fantastic thing since we always struggle to have pictures in which all of us are in, and having a professional just gives the final touch.

This place is AWESOME! I only worry that it will be harmed by over tourism as it becomes increasingly developed & losing it's charm....
The rubbish on the beaches when there is a lot of wind is heartbreaking.
Lots of wanker expat tourists around the cafes. I managed to avoid for the most part & make friends with locals.

Flooded streets. one plus is good paved main roads. quieter less tourist-trap than bali or Gili T, but then that comes with options than those places in terms of dining, drinks etc. seems popular to beginner to mid level surfers, but the beaches are all driving distance from Kuta town (about 20 minutes)
This is my very favorite place to crash. I kept on extending and extending and extending. The facilities itself are great, the staff is the just the best (Emmy, Risky, Eno, Baiq, Rocky, thx so much for making this place feel like home). If you need something, you’ll have it arranged. You won’t get bored, there is a pipe, a slack line, a kitchen to use, a refreshing pool, good coffee in the café. Plus you’ll meet most likely some handsome surferpeeps here haha.

Santosa heights is an exquisite villa in the serene beauty of kuta lombok. From the breath taking views to the impeccable service, every moment here felt like a dream for me and my family. The luxurious amenities and attention to detail surpassed our expectations. We felt very safe as we were travelling with young kids. It was an unforgettable experience and escape from our daily routine it left us now longing to return which we are sure to do so with family and friends. Thank you loads santosa.
We had a Lovely stay at Kuta lodge! we planned to stay there for 4 nights but ended up extending until 18 nights. the staff is incredibly sweet and helpful which made this place so wonderful. they even helped us get our phone back after we forgot it when we left to the airport so thank you so much for that! also, the banana pancakes are the best! we would 100% recommend this place and we will definitely come back if we return to Kuta lombok.

The property is absolutely stunning with such attention to detail. Eco conscious, lovely bathroom products, best towels throughout our trip, comfortable beds, tea/coffee in room, delicious breakfast in our villa. We loved the Passionfruit jam. The list goes on. Great location for Kuta town and restaurants. We rented a scooter from the property to travel to the beaches.

Sima is fantastic great rooms lovely gardens and beautiful pool with day beds to fully relax, it’s perfect to just chill and unwind here and let the world pass by, I had to come back to Bali to extend my visa but I’ll be going back for at least a week to end my holiday here.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was the best hotel we've been at so far in Indonesia. It felt like a secluded private villa with a beautiful garden. Really nice host with 2 friendly dogs (who protect the property from the thieving monkeys) and 2 cats. Big, clean bathroom with hot water. The pool was nice to have and clean. Comfy bed. 5 min scooter ride to the city center and beaches.
Great modern boutique hotel right in the centre of Kuta Lombok. Stylish rooms, very comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool, and I appreciate the ease of scooter rentals, which were a great value. Easy walk to a ton of restaurants, and close to Kuta's beach too (though a quick scooter ride will get you to a bunch of even nicer ones, south Lombok is amazing!).
The property is located on a cliff with stunning views and an infinity pool overlooking one of the best surfing spots on Lombok. The hospitality throughout our stay was extraordinary. Emil, Elma, Zian and the restaurant staff were so kind and caring, always made us feel at home. Thank you for the beautiful stay and hope to see you again soon!
I recommend this hotel very nice place close to all shops and restaurants on foot. the rooms are spacious and very clean and the breakfast is excellent. all the staff are extremely nice, smiling and helpful (mala, tatan, wahyu and hanbali will recognize each other!). if you need a hotel in kuta lombok go there without hesitation
The most amazing hotel! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the facilities are out of this world. You basically get to stay in what feels like a luxury beach club (but with no cost!) the rooms are clean and large and there is plenty of space to relax and work around the hotel if you work remotely.

Absolutely beautiful resort in the center of Kuta. We had a 2 bedroom villa which was brilliant, a lovely private pool, huge bedroom and great open air bathroom.
