Extremely good value for money; in fact, the homestay is too cheap! So, when I rated facilities low above, this must be balanced with the price. I loved the location, walking distance to Kerta Gangga Waterfall, and a fine panoramic view over the coast. It's also a very interesting area to explore by motorcycle, with clove, coffee, chocolate, vanilla gardens. The roads in the area are well-maintained. The homestay is basically run by the wife of the owner, and she provides meals (there don't seem to be any warungs in the village) and is very friendly. Basically, a great area to retreat to for quiet village life.

Pure luxury- loved everything about this hotel. The food, service, staff could not have been any better. In fact was all exceptional. Beautiful secluded resort with beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff were amazing at attending to your every need, even booked us a private speed boat to our next destination on Gilli T from the hotels private jetty, which wasn’t too expensive and saved the hassle of going into the local port. Service was so professionally bespoke and personal and all spoke so highly of their employment at the resort. Beautiful sunsets too!

The pool was gorgeous and gardens very beautiful and well maintained. Location right to the beach with water activities available. Restaurant was delicious and the staff super friendly.

The staff was friendly and its a very nice ocean view especially for sundowners.

The service and staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful. We were given a lesson on how to use a scooter. They also organised with arranging private drivers, giving good recommendations on activities. The facilities were immaculate, spacious, beautiful, well-maintained. The massage we had was very good and relaxing. Also, the prayers are quite distant and it is not too loud. Very nice location, secluded but easily accessible (10 min drive) to Bangsal Port. I would highly recommend this place to stay for anyone - couples, friends, family.

Nothing. We paid up front in good faith and vacated within 2 hours before dusk had set in with the weather turned rainy. Advertised as úncancellable', Booking.com should have a category like ''view before payment', if it cannot guarantee the basic safety and comfort standards.

This was our second visit to the Lombok Lodge in less than 12 months so saying that we loved our stay here is an understatement. The team of friendly, professional and obliging staff certainly made our visit even better than the last. A little piece of paradise that is tucked away in the north west of Lombok has incredible views both inside and outside. We had enjoyed a "Time Together" package on our last visit which I will always highly recommend. There are many other packages available and one can certainly curate whatever your heart desires. On our trip this time we really just wanted time to stand still, slowly soaking in our 3 gorgeous days, making the most of the extensive yet and delicious breakfast and lunch menus. Let's not forget Chef Jiwa's afternoon teas which is a firm favourite! The Lombok Lodge has a beautiful wellness center with lovely therapists who are ready to spoil you with a treatment of your choice. Being avid swimmers we enjoyed the amenities of their '25m' swimming pool where swimming laps can easily and enjoyably be done when alone. We also found swimming and snorkeling in the bay out front really great as the reef was teaming with corals and fish. Granted it may be clearer on the Gili Islands (which is a must) but this was pretty good for us. Be sure to wear a float so that little fishing boats can see you on the water. As I'm writing this post I'm planning our third visit back. I can't begin to describe the quality and the attention to detail that The Lombok Lodge has in all departments. After a delicious morning Nespresso, my favourite part of the day is breakfast, chatting to the staff and practicing very basic Indonesian Bahasa. I can't begin to name each one of the amazing team as I don't want to leave anyone out but they are very accommodating and obliging of your needs, no matter what.
