Nirmala Guest House Surf Keramas, hotel in Keramas

Surrounded by gardens, Nirmala Guest House Surf Keramas is located at Keramas Beach, Gianyar. It features bungalows with a private entrance and a cable TV.

What I loved about Nirmala Guesthouse is that its a sanctuary from the chaotic , intense, traffic & busy tourism. At Nirmala guesthouse I needed a place to rest, recharge, read, walk to beach. If yr into surfing this is the place to stay, good value. You are surrounded by rice fields & ocean isnt far. Not a safe beach to swim but you can sit on waters edge & splash yrself to cool down wth the locals. Staff is very friendly & look after you. Its very Balinese & theres new rooms & older rooms & bungalows to choose from.

Excellent surf spot offering slightly better weather (less clouds than the other coasts in my experience). Up and coming area with lots of new developments happening. A great place to spend your money and invest away from all the chaos of Sanur etc. Black volcanic sand beach. The famous White Sands beach a short drive away

We already miss our large private quite friendly beautiful villa at Desa Swans!! # 16 is great!! And we just left today. A home away from home with a private pool!! We are now in a tiny beach hut with semi working air conditioning and semi poor customer service :( I don’t know if we will return to Bali but if we do we’d love to come back to Desa Swan. We are visiting our son who is a surf coach with a month off and the surf was excellent in Keramas.

Keramas/Saba is a quiet seaside area with minimal development although this looks to be changing. The beach is black sand and not one you would want to laze about on. There is a lot if plastic rubbish at the beach access points. It is a surf beach. The area we stayed in, Saba, was quite isolated and you would be best to have your own transport. Ubud and Candi Dasa are an easy drive away.

This was our first time to Keramas and we loved it.

This was our first time to Keramas and we loved it. Keramas is away from the hustle and bustle. There were local restaurants along the beachfront, food was great and very affordable. If you prefer, there are also fact hotels with beach front restaurants, just be prepared to pay a little extra. We loved the uniqueness of the volcanic sandy beaches, which weren't busy at all, and there were plenty of surf-able waves. We didn't venture from from our accomodation at the Keramas Surf Camp, so unable to review outside of the beach area.

The territory with a garden is very beautiful, like a paradise. But outside the territory there’s nothing. Free transfer to the beach which is a great option as it’s 40 min away walking, 8 min by car. / Didn’t except dollars, didn’t have a currency exchange mention on booking, internet didn’t work properly in the room, coffee machine was broken, had to wait to long for an answer, clean but a bid dusty rooms, windows impossible to open, terrible pillows, couldn’t lock the door. No one really cared about unlocked door of the room). The beach is cool for surfing, not swimming. Black sand is a very beautiful thing) sunset is great on the beach

I found this gem while in Bali for a wedding and couldn't have been happier. The convenience is what I was looking for since it's walking distance from the wedding venue I was attending. The price was incredible for what was offered and the staff was particularly pleasant to interact with. It's a boutique hotel so you won't be wowed with any sort of major amenities like a swim up bar or live music but if your goal is to stay in a quiet, very nice room within walking distance of the beach then look no further.

I book this hotel for my Maybank Bali Marathon Race. It was the closest hotel to the starting line. What impressed me was; going home from the race... we were stuck around the race area hour more than an hour.. our private car couldn't pick us up.. we waited super long until the breakfast grace period had passed. When I called the Hotel, they were so kind to push it back till 11.15... Me & my friend were so happy and appreciative , since we were so tired & hungry after our half marathon

We were very happy about this place. Villa Kishi-Kishi was our first stay in Bali and it was one of the greatest. The stuff helped a lot, were very kind and the furnishings were lovely (open air shower were great). We got help with renting a scooter, getting a taxi, massage in house, a menu for ordering food of a great restaraunt with amazing vegan options and advices for nice places and so on. The breakfast were fresh, easy and good. Thank to the team.

This a perfect choice if you want a relaxing trip in Bali. The villa is so calm and you have a very huge space for you. You get to have your own pool as well and we enjoyed our floating breakfast with additional charge. The interior is very Balinese so if you are looking for something very local, it is a good choice, given that the price is so affordable. The service staff were all nice.

This was an awesome villa. The views are breathtaking! It is as it appears online. The bed was not super, plush soft or anything but it was like the average bed at hotels, so don’t be alarmed by my rating of the bed. The breakfast is great. Also, you can order a floating breakfast as well. It was an awesome experience! I’ll definitely return here for my future stay in Bali.

LOCATION, LOCATION! We selected this accomodation for the direct beach access and it was truly perfect. 11 out of 10 for surf access. 11 out of 10 for the outdoor ammenities. The TWO pools were wonderful and we lived outside 99% of our stay. The view, pool variety and beautiful gardens exceeded expectations! Villa was spacious but in need of some TLC and cleanliness.

The Keramas Moonlight Villa is gorgeous! You can tell the owners John and Ratna take pride in their property. The details of the building, the food, the staff…everything is wonderful. You are very short walk to the beach and fun surf. There is even a brewery right next door with delicious beer and food. I would (and hopefully will) stay in the villa/hotel again.

This place is amazing, and it gives you a great privacy if you're looking for that, the staff is extraordinary and extremely kind, the only problem in this place that it's a little bit far away from Bali's activities, but that shouldn't be a problem if you're planning to relax and enjoy the beach and the nature, this place will give you unforgettable memories.

Everything was fantastic!! Such a beautiful resort and spacious room, and super friendly staff. Location isn't the first pick for tourists going to Bali, but there are plenty of things to do in the area. Definitely recommend the safari that's next to the resort! Breakfast and dinner was always outstanding.
