The staff was very helpful and the shuttle service worked well. It must be ordered in advance and is basically available every two hours.
I was allowed to check out a bit later than normal, which was nice.

If you arrive and the dorm hasn´t been cleaned up yet, the place may seem a bit rough. But they do come and clean daily, the dorm bed was super comfy, I liked my cubicle and the privacy it gave me, the room had a good temperature and lockers for your bag. There is a supermarket next door, several cafés and restaurants with cheap local food as well where you can have dinner and buy snacks for the way. The breakfast is simple (toast, butter, jam..) but what did you expect for such a good price. Honestly a great value for money.
The wifi worked fine, the staff was friendly.
You can catch their shuttle to airport for 50k or call a grab (which looks cheaper but they charge extra than in the app when taking the airport road because of extra road charges)

Very friendly and efficient staff member on check in. The room was spacious and had all needed facilities. The safe was locked but we didn't need to use it, so that wasn't a problem. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Both were buffet style, very good indeed and very good value.
