I recently stayed at this wonderful house with apartments and it felt just like a boutique hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and the host was very hospitable. The property features a lovely garden with a swimming pool, making it a perfect spot to relax. With a car, everything in Istria is just a 15 to 30-minute drive away, making it a convenient location for exploring the region. Nikolina is the best, her warm welcome, we had so many things to talk about.. So much to share.. She was so helpful with everything.. Room was amazing. With all our favorite things. Coffee, and my fav shower shampoo... Sorry Nikolina for spending it all.. Ups.. The hotel is so well decoreted,,, the owners really did their thing... Everything is very modern....breakfast is great all local products, lovely cakes every morning and fresh juice.... We are just speacheles.....

The hosts do not look at their guests as a number, but as new friends, and that is the meaning of tourism - be a host and not an accommodation renter. The hotel is full of stories, well decorated, and part of an old and renovated old house which is in itself a separate story. Beautifully restored 500 years' old building with great atmosphere. Tastfully decorated room and comfortable beds. Very polite and personal welcome by the owner to the hotel and service during our stay. Delicious breakfast with local and homemade delicacies. Great little town with a lot of atmosphere. Very authentic and nice to visit for one night. Our highest recommendations.
We liked everything, plain and simple. :) The location is great, the whole hotel is absolutely spotless and wonderfully cozy, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious ... and the hosts are amazing. Nikolina and Guido (we didn't get to meet Primus, unfortunately), thank you for everything, we're definitely coming back and bringing some more people with us.

This place is a fantastic retreat for a weekend and for a longer stay. What we liked the most was great hosts and fantastic facilities in the hotel and in the rooms. Everything is thought through for the maximum comfort of the guests. Highly recommend to stay there and explore Istria all around.
The location was perfect. Andrea met us and was really friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and peaceful. The outdoor barbecue and dining area was great and the hot tub a bonus. The kitchen is really well equipped. We loved the house and Svetvincenat and hope to come back.
Beautifully renovated small old Venetian palace in the middle of Svetvinčenat, converted into a B&B with great attention to details. The hosts are very nice and take care of every wish of the guests. Superb breakfast with fresh homemade and regional products.
