San Canzian is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful part of Croatia. We stayed in the three bedroom villa which was modern and luxurious without being characterless or out of place with its surroundings. The staff were friendly and endlessly accommodating. Our children were 1, 5 and 9 when we visited and the staff always made sure we were looked after. The restaurant was also very good and the concierge extremely helpful with suggestions for places to eat and activities we all enjoyed. We would love to go back.

It was so wonderful to stay in this nice house in Juki (Buje)! Our host Marija and her family are so nice people. We were welcomed very warmly and we had everything we need. They were more than normal hosts.
You can reach interesting places from Juki by car easily. Supermarkets and Restaurants are reachable by car within 5 Minutes.
The only shortcoming was the lack of fast and reliable wifi, but for us it was fine as we enjoyed the cozy fireplaced heated home and the wonderful nature of nothern croatia.
Beautiful location, one of the most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. The shower was incredible. The room was huge and once you closed the door it was 100% soundproof and quiet. Large luxurious bed. The spa and pools were lovely, upscale, and super relaxing. We loved San Servolo and enjoyed drinking the beer here. INCREDIBLE views. A little slice of heaven. Breakfast was big and sprawling, fresh and incredible. Such a nice addition to have included in the cost. This would've been a $30-$50/pp breakfast.

We stayed there for one night during our Parenzana bicycle tour. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay in the Bella room. In the evening we had dinner in the Ostaria Rondo which belongs to the same owner. There we enjoyed local food and the domestic Teran wine. Also the possibility to store and lock the bikes in the cellar was a big plus for ourselves. We can highly recommend this location.
Great location, peaceful and clean, good wi-fi, close (150 meters) to an excellent steak restaurant where you just have to eat, and drink, it's a brewery, so they offer great beers, but great wines as well. Our host was so friendly and let us bring our bikes inside the appartment for recharging the batteries. We have chosen this place for being so close to beautiful Parenzana biking road.

Everyone made us feel welcome, almost like a second home. The hotel is charming and the the restaurant at the hotel has delicious food. Wineries and other restaurants are just minutes away with a car. We rented bikes from the hotel since there is plenty of tracks close by that were adventurous. Will definitely be back.
Our stay at Villas Parenzana Spirit was amazing! The house is well equipped and the interior is really nice. The exterior is breathtaking! Nature surrounding the house left a big impression on us and we would definitely love to come at villas parenzana spirit again. Big thanks to our lovely hosts!
A wonderful place to stay in the Parenzana trail, and at an affordable cost. The owners are amazing, went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. They even made sure to arrange a special and delicious gluten free breakfast for us! Absolutely recommended!

The place is really near the path of Parenzana if you are with a bike. The host was very helpful. The accomodation has everithing I needed. Clean and comfy. The restorant was great. And the breakfast too.
