For us (a family with 2 children, 13 and 10 years old), the stay at the Premantura Resort Hotel was an outstanding holiday experience. The relaxed atmosphere, calm location, exceptionally friendly service (Zdenka was an amazing host!), excellent food (the best sepia risotto we ever had), large suite-like rooms with great views of nature from the balconies, a refreshing pool - it was just PERFECT! It´s a great location to explore the Kap Kamenjak nature park (renting a mountain bike and exploring the wonderful quiet bays all along the coast is highly recommended), the lovely village of Premantura (great icecream!) and the city of Pula. We will definitely come again and very much look forward to our next trip to Premantura!

Lovely flat in a great quiet location, close to town centre. The host was so kind, accommodating and helpful! The flat had a private outdoor eating area and a bbq we enjoyed some lovely dinners there. Will definitely be returning!

Premantura is perfect for every nature-lover from young to old. It’s perfect in case you aim for a stay during which you can spend all day out in the nature without the need to use a car. In addition to that, Pula is just a 10min drive away from the peninsula in case you want to have a one-day-city-trip. Overall, the people in Premantura were always nice and forwarding towards tourists. For our next trip I would bring e-bikes or at least mountain bikes with us since the way to the beaches at Kap Kamenjak are mostly hills and a bit rocky.

Take sea-kayak with you, or rent some on the beach. There are some litlle island and beautiful beaches, they can be only visited by boat. Very nice nature, excellent for making bike tour and walking, sun-bathing, swimming.

Nice little town without big hotels and such. Sure there are a lot of tourists but the town gives you more tranquil feeling due to its remotnes and placement on the Kamenjak peninsula. There are a few markets, bakeries, restaurants ice cream shop and that's about it.

Premantura is the southernmost cape of Istria. Restaurants, bakery and grocery store are in 5-10 minutes walking distance, the beach is not more than 15-minutes, with many water sports opportunities. Kamenjak with its beautiful natural beauty is nearby. Pula 15 minutes by car, with a great market and the wonderful amphitheater.

I love the Premantura for the wildness and not too crowded...
I love the Premantura for the wildness and not too crowded beaches (maybe because it’s not a full season yet- mid June). I will surely come back here as there are variety of beaches, activities, few beach bars and restaurants… it’s amazingly pleasent. I wish the shops were open longer than to 8pm but it’s fine. Bus from Pula costs 2€ per person. I was amazed that Kamenjak Peninsula is totally reachable by foot. I recommend renting some vehicle such as bike/scooter but if you want to save some money, the distances are totally fine to walk.

Cozy village with several restaurants within walking distance. Expansive national park right next door, with majestic coastline and multiple swimming spots (rock beach). Cristal clear water. Magical place.
We loved our time at Premantura. The nature park and beaches are very special. We enjoyed the location of the spacious apartment and we got a lot of support from the whole family (who rents the apartment). We felt the price was a good value. The free bikes were definitely a plus, along with all the tips from the family. There are great restaurants walking distance away. The closest beach was Monte which was lovely, and there are so many wonderful beaches near that we explored new beaches every day.
We have been vacationing in Premantura for years and this is certainly one of the most beautiful apartments we have been to. Everything is perfect - from the location, the size of the apartment, furniture, kitchen equipment to comfort. We would especially like to point out the yard, which is beautiful and has enough shade to sit at any time of the day. There is also a large parking lot. The owner is an exceptional woman, kind and helpful. We would definitely love to come back and recommend to everyone!
Great accommodation, great value for money, found on Booking a few days before arriving in Premantura. It is well equipped and has all the necessary facilities.
Horvat is a really nice host, he left treats in the room (2 bottles of beer and milk for the coffee in the fridge, tea, coffee, biscuits) and gave us some local type of brandy (with erabluigia) at arrival.
We loved the terrace outside, it is very enjoyable with the vines, the aromatic plants.
Long day of traveling so the pool was very welcome. We were just passing through, but it seemed like a good location for enjoying Kamenjak, walking distance to some of the beaches and the small "town" to pick up groceries and supplies. Make sure that you confirm where exactly your room is - we were at the central property, but the person in front of me at reception was unhappy to learn that they had been assigned a separate property further away.
Perfect location! Kamenjak nature reserve is very close - but the camp's own beaches are excellent, too. About the mobile homes - we were told beforehand they are not very new (20 years old actually), but that was no problem at all! Everything worked perfectly. Staff were helpful, though obviously tired - I can imagine it's hard work managing a huge campsite like this. All in all, check in and check out was fast.
Everything was excellent. We enjoyed the completely new, perfectly clean and very spacious appartment with all possible facilities and equipment (parking place, big SmartTV, fast WiFi, new kitchen, second kitchen on the large terrace) in quiet location with Kamenjak park and beaches in the neighbourhood. We will definitely come back and enjoy appartment with friendly owners again :). Our rating is 11 of 10!!!

From the jacuzzi and view, sauna and pool to the cleanest rooms I have ever seen in a hotel.
Perfect air conditioning, good water pressure and nice environment, easy access and good spot recommendations.
If you are ever in Permantura or Pula you need to check this place out.

Awesome host, it was perfectly clean and looked better than on the photos. The apartment location is one of the best in Premantura, it's next to the Kamenjak with a multiple parking spot right in front of the entrance to the apartment, so you don't have to worry you won't be able to park there in late hours. We are definitely recommending it!

Plenty of toilets, house layout, comfort, privacy. Good sound isolation. Good supplies & accessories (coffee, enough toilet paper, soap, shower gel, plenty of towels...). In general, would rate it at a hotel level. Easy check in arrangment. Great hot tub. AC, floor heating (we were off season).
The property is 5 minutes walk to national park Donji kamenjak - perfect place for nature lovers!

Location of the appartment was great, near center of Premantura and 2 minute walk to the camping Stupice, from which you can access beach. Appartment was clean and it is perfect for couples.
Ideal for a group of friends that don’t need anything luxurious, the host is nice and helped us with some things, Kamenjak is not that far. Premantura is quite small so it feels familiar.
