It is a beautiful, authentic and well-maintained family house right in the center of Premantura, with a large garden and private parking in front. Everything you need in the house is there. There is even a washing machine and a barbeque. Although in the center, the house is situated in a quiet location, close to the beautiful area of Kamenjak. The reception was warm, by the host's neighbour and the contact with the host himself was very good and friendly. It truly is a great place for families. We will definitely come back here!

Premantura is perfect for every nature-lover from young to old. It’s perfect in case you aim for a stay during which you can spend all day out in the nature without the need to use a car. In addition to that, Pula is just a 10min drive away from the peninsula in case you want to have a one-day-city-trip. Overall, the people in Premantura were always nice and forwarding towards tourists. For our next trip I would bring e-bikes or at least mountain bikes with us since the way to the beaches at Kap Kamenjak are mostly hills and a bit rocky.

Take sea-kayak with you, or rent some on the beach. There are some litlle island and beautiful beaches, they can be only visited by boat. Very nice nature, excellent for making bike tour and walking, sun-bathing, swimming.

Nice little town without big hotels and such. Sure there are a lot of tourists but the town gives you more tranquil feeling due to its remotnes and placement on the Kamenjak peninsula. There are a few markets, bakeries, restaurants ice cream shop and that's about it.

Premantura is the southernmost cape of Istria. Restaurants, bakery and grocery store are in 5-10 minutes walking distance, the beach is not more than 15-minutes, with many water sports opportunities. Kamenjak with its beautiful natural beauty is nearby. Pula 15 minutes by car, with a great market and the wonderful amphitheater.

I love the Premantura for the wildness and not too crowded...
I love the Premantura for the wildness and not too crowded beaches (maybe because it’s not a full season yet- mid June). I will surely come back here as there are variety of beaches, activities, few beach bars and restaurants… it’s amazingly pleasent. I wish the shops were open longer than to 8pm but it’s fine. Bus from Pula costs 2€ per person. I was amazed that Kamenjak Peninsula is totally reachable by foot. I recommend renting some vehicle such as bike/scooter but if you want to save some money, the distances are totally fine to walk.

Cozy village with several restaurants within walking distance. Expansive national park right next door, with majestic coastline and multiple swimming spots (rock beach). Cristal clear water. Magical place.
We loved our time at Premantura. The nature park and beaches are very special. We enjoyed the location of the spacious apartment and we got a lot of support from the whole family (who rents the apartment). We felt the price was a good value. The free bikes were definitely a plus, along with all the tips from the family. There are great restaurants walking distance away. The closest beach was Monte which was lovely, and there are so many wonderful beaches near that we explored new beaches every day.
Franz, the host, is great! Very kind and helpful both before and after the stay. The indications provided by email with precise PDFs with the indications for the use of the keys, the rooms and common areas, travel information and suggestions for restaurants and clubs in Premantura are much appreciated. Rosa , who takes care of the house, is very nice and kind.
Excellent cleaning and fantastic location! As soon as possible I will return with friends / family / partner.
The location was really nice, close to the city center and restaurants and also close to the Kamenjak National Park, which is a fabulous place with a lot of great beaches (we tried to visit most of the beaches of Kamenjak, all of them were great).
Igor (the host) is a really nice person, he waited for us at the entrance of Premantura, explained us everything at apartment and suggested us a few places to visit. Thank you Igor, we had a really nice vacation!
Awesome host, it was perfectly clean and looked better than on the photos. The apartment location is one of the best in Premantura, it's next to the Kamenjak with a multiple parking spot right in front of the entrance to the apartment, so you don't have to worry you won't be able to park there in late hours. We are definitely recommending it!
The cabins are located within the Kranjski Kamp, which is a nice cozy camping in Premantura. A peaceful place offering everything you need. A small beach is directly in the camping and more beaches can be found around. The center of Premantura is within walking distance. Great for visiting the Kamenjak Natural Reserve.
Plenty of toilets, house layout, comfort, privacy. Good sound isolation. Good supplies & accessories (coffee, enough toilet paper, soap, shower gel, plenty of towels...). In general, would rate it at a hotel level. Easy check in arrangment. Great hot tub. AC, floor heating (we were off season).
This is the nicest apartment we stayed in during our time in Croatia. Lovely little front balcony with a distant sea view, parking, comfortable bed, air conditioned main area, the owner Igor was super flexible with our check in time. I hope we get to visit again!

Perfect location right on the edge of Kamenjak National Park. Kind staff. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. I loved ending the day at the pool or hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.
