I recommend this place. It's clean and quiet. Nice owners, they speak English and are helpful. We have a private bathroom and a private kitchen in the room. The accommodation is located close to the forest and the beach, and there is a safe parking lot for guests, where you can park cars and motorcycles.

Never ever, have I met an individual like Achilleas.
This gentleman has "filotimo" (please Google the word) and is the best host I ever had. He is on a mission. To make his guests feel welcomed and like home.
This gentleman went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He has a degree in hospitality so you are dealing with a proper professional who knows what he is doing and will put customers first.
He is friendly, he gave us good suggestions for the place and replied fast when we had queries.
The flat was extremely clean when we entered. Fresh linen which smelled floral freshness. The mattress from the bed was good quality and allowed us to have a good sleep. The room was spacious and the balcony was excellent for night relaxation. We had hot water for a shower when we needed it. A big fridge with freezer is in the kitchen to store your water or anything else you might need to refrigerate.
The accommodation is just one minute away from the beach. You have amenities such as two bakeries which are 2 minutes away from you with some nice patisseries to try. A shop with items for the beach and cold soft drinks is just 30" away. The owners will always greet you when you pass by and they are very polite people.
After that shop,you will find a coffee shop to enjoy a nice cold coffee or an alcoholic beverage. Strawberry daiquiri was great. Furthermore, in the area you will find a mini market, many bars and a few taverns which offer mainly fish dishes.
I recommend this place with all my heart.

The house has a nice small garden, it is placed in the second row, from the sea, but it is comfortable. The beach is close, you just have to cross the main road. It has a large livingroom, and a spacious kitchen. The bedrooms and the beds are ok. The owner was friendly and helpfull.

Velika is a wonderful place.
Velika is a wonderful place. The sea is very clean, beaches are great - those tiny stones are much better than the sand, but there are also sand beaches nearby if you prefer. There are mountains around to walk there, and they also make the whole area feel very fresh. Not many mosquitoes! It is perfect for a family holiday, but there also beach bars where young people can chill. Larissa town is less than an hour's drive away, it's a lovely town with many shops, trendy bars and restaurants and a great vibe.
Everything around its perfect, garden, SEA VIEW,rooms PERFECT CLEAN HOUSE, thank you very much for your fruts, nights is very quiet no mosquito, organised parking place in shadow, beach its near EVERYTHING its near LARISA, KATERINI for shopping lovers :) and beautiful sea for Fishing relaxation, swimming, morning walking, on 1 km you have two market (bread only on morning) and taverns with sea view :) efharistopoli благодариме за се што направивте за нас!

The rooms are spacious and provide all the necessary cutlery and other amenities. The rooms are equipped with nice furniture and comfortable beds. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Very good value for money. The place is located 1 min. walking from the beach and a mini market. Very close to nice beach bars, cafes and restaurants. The Italian restaurant just next to the hotel is worth visiting. Another must visit is the restaurant "Platania" on a 5 min drive from the hotel.
The house is very beautiful and the down floor open space is so pleasant that even with a nice garden, while at the property we chose to sit inside. It was very clean and taken care of. The host was always extremely attentive to our needs and available if required. I would recommend the property to any family travelling for a nice beach holiday and we plan to repeat the trip again.
Beautiful view with the blue sea in front and the green mountain behind the house! Very nice and peaceful place with hospitable owners. We liked both the exterior and the interior of the house with it's blue and white colours and the beautiful fruit garden. We will definately go back again.
Mrs Eleni is nice and we liked the attention and help we got, both on the telephone and when we were on the property. The breakfast was also fantastic. Garden House is just 2 minutes from the Beach, something we also enjoyed.
