It is a nice place to stay. The rooms are simple but you have everything necessary. It is not luxurious, compatible with island lifestyle, basic and nice. Beds and the air conditioner are new, comfortable. It is close to the beach and there are facilities on the beach. It took 15€ from Mitilini to the hotel, you can also take the bus which is much cheaper (2€/person) and stops right in front of the hotel. We took the bus to visit a town closeby called Panagiouda. The price for the room is fair. We enjoyed our holiday and didn’t face any major problems. And the rumors are true :) Toula is a kind person and good host.
In the area of Thermi and just 5 metres from the medicinal baths, Paradisos Studios is set amidst a large garden and offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi.

The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and room was very comfortable. Superb location, 5 minutes walking from the bus station and a ferry terminal (uncertain if superb for those with a car...). 10 minutes from a wonderful beach. The hotel staff are incredibly hospitable, friendly and efficient! Nice breakfast.

- The smoking policy needs to be improved. People are allowed to smoke on their balconies but as a result the smoke goes inside other people's bedrooms through the window. Not what you'd prefer inhaling at 7 or 8 in the morning while sleeping.
