It is a nice place to stay. The rooms are simple but you have everything necessary. It is not luxurious, compatible with island lifestyle, basic and nice. Beds and the air conditioner are new, comfortable. It is close to the beach and there are facilities on the beach. It took 15€ from Mitilini to the hotel, you can also take the bus which is much cheaper (2€/person) and stops right in front of the hotel. We took the bus to visit a town closeby called Panagiouda. The price for the room is fair. We enjoyed our holiday and didn’t face any major problems. And the rumors are true :) Toula is a kind person and good host.

We used the bakery and supermarkets in thermis (10 mins drive) but apparently they're also available in mistegnon (20 mins walk up the hill). 3 good tavernas, one nice bar, all with seating by the water. People friendly, visitors largely Greek. Car is an absolute must but parking no problem at all. Great for a quiet break relaxing by the sea.
