It is a nice place to stay. The rooms are simple but you have everything necessary. It is not luxurious, compatible with island lifestyle, basic and nice. Beds and the air conditioner are new, comfortable. It is close to the beach and there are facilities on the beach. It took 15€ from Mitilini to the hotel, you can also take the bus which is much cheaper (2€/person) and stops right in front of the hotel. We took the bus to visit a town closeby called Panagiouda. The price for the room is fair. We enjoyed our holiday and didn’t face any major problems. And the rumors are true :) Toula is a kind person and good host.

Very good attitude of the owner towards guests. Great breakfast. Good location of the hotel, although a little noisy at night. The proximity of the coffee has an effect.

The room met our expectations, the size of the room was quite adequate. The distance to the centre is 10 minutes walk. The hotel staff were friendly and kind. There is a refrigerator in the room, the bathroom is large. The room had a balcony with two chairs and a portable table.

- The smoking policy needs to be improved. People are allowed to smoke on their balconies but as a result the smoke goes inside other people's bedrooms through the window. Not what you'd prefer inhaling at 7 or 8 in the morning while sleeping.

The husband of the property conned me out of my money and...
The husband of the property conned me out of my money and removed me from a good room to place another person in there and put me in a old worn out room. I had nothing but problems from this place, it was cold, isn’t beach front and totally away from attractions. There is a dog with ticks attached to him walking around sniffing people and once I was placed in my new room, channels didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, cold, noisy, I was woken up by noise and blamed for it. Don’t go there if you aren’t from their country.....HE’LL CON YOU! I’m a witness to that! I had to leave the island early due to my boat leaving early and I couldn’t stay the other two nights and he didn’t give me my money back for the nights I couldn’t stay. I’m reporting this property! The wife is lovely but her husband is gonna be her downfall
