It was perfect! So clean and if I can rate stuff by 20 I would give that mark. They are cleaning every day, family business and family atmosphere where you find your self as a part of it. Nice cafe and garden with a great coffe. Position of Hotel is also great and you can chose between Papa Nero and Plaka beach and in front of Hotel is city beach and a lot of restaurants and taverns! Also huge city parking in front of Hotel. Absolute recommendation

Dimitris is the best host ever. So nice and welcoming! He helped us with everything we needed and also after we left stayed in contact to give us tips for the rest of our trip in Greece. In addition to him the entire staff is amazing! The hotel itself is nice and clean. We got a room upgrade which was really nice and the room was really clean, spacious, with all the necessary equipment! We'd definitely come back.

I like it very much at this location, it was very quite, very nice people and very friendly.I was enjoying the time there, it was situated right next to see , I took breakfeast with the family right next to the see. I was enjoying the wiew from the hotel, the room was very clean.

Nice plase, a little wild for location, but the nature is great, people are kind and the food is delicious. It should be borne in mind that the journey there involves mountain roads with good asphalt, but with a large slope and many turns.

A small seaside resort set along a promenade in front of the beach. Sand is gritty and pebble in some places, water very clear and clean. We stayed on Papa Nero beach which is a bit quieter than the main Agios Ioannis beach but the two are joined by a promenade and foot bridge. There are plenty of choices for seafront restaurants and cafes. This would suit those looking for a relaxing break, and you can also walk to Damouchari where Mama Mia was filmed.

This is the best location if you want to explore the area of Pylio during summer. It is in the middle so you can visit all the important places, both sea and mountain, within a short period of time. It is highly recommended for families. For younger people, the problem is that there are not many places to go out at night.

The owner Giannis is incredible. He helped us get our luggage to the room with his four wheeler as it is a rather steep incline to the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. He greeted us with a glass of rosé and some cheese bread. The view to the sea is great from the room and from the common area patio. We had a kitchenette as well. The room had everything we needed for a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. The Papa Nero Beach is nice. The breakfast baskets were a fun surprise each morning.
Our stay in this room was an absolute delight. The room is well sized with a comfort providing bed, and a balcony with great view of the beach front. Needles to say, everything was really clean and tidy. The owners were really warm and polite providing a sweet welcome, homemade breakfast and useful information! Thank you for everything, we are looking forward to visiting again! Definitely recommended!
Just returned from an amazing vacation at Agapitos hotel. Very beautiful and stylish hotel with attention to the smallest detail. The room was very comfortable, clean and with everything needed. Views from the room, restaurant and the pool are breathtaking. Very convenient location, close to restaurants, shops and the beaches. The staff were very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!
Breakfast is very healthy, balanced, and served in original way with exceptional hospitality in a beautiful environment. Hotel has wonderful veranda with lots of greenery and flowers. Staff was very supportive and helpful.
Despite bad weather conditions during the time off our stay we received all the effort from the hotel staff to make our time as good as possible.
Sugaris and his all family were the best host that we could get. They helped in any problem, even when we only ask for a recommendation of restaurant, Sugaris not only recommend but he also ordered a place in his recommendation, when we want to go to the beach Sugaris gave us umbrella and beach chairs. The staff was awesome. They were very helpful and responded promptly to all our needs. Breakfast was delicious. Location is excellent as it is next to two beaches (one right in front of the hotel and the other on approximately 10 minutes walk - you have to go through a rocky path, but it's very manageable).
The location cannot be better. Close to all the restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. The view from the balcony was just amazing. The manager was very responsive to my questions/requests. He has an Italian restaurant nearby, also with the great view. The parking was very easy in front of the hotel.

Despite being in a building in the center of Agios Joannis the room was located in a quiet area. And despite being a little small it was eqipped with all the services and conforts. A particular applause goes to the cleaniness, Incredible it was done as in a hotel.
We really felt like guests of the nice family that runs the hotel. Great recommendation and they go above and beyond for our comfort.
