A wonderful place to stay. The dining room is like a museum. Raul is a very kind and nice person. He showed me around the place. Nice balcony to sit on with sun until after 6pm in June. Very nice and plenty food and nice comfortable rooms. Easy to find. Follow the road to the valley and then down the road to Mestia (long cut). For a short cut follow the maps.me dotted track to Khe. It does exist and is a good short cut. At the ruins with the tower it goes through the pasture and becomes veeery faint . Just continue down the hill and you will find the path again. The village is behind some trees. Make sure to ask for a visit of the 12th century church right next to the guest house. Amazing. Also a quick 40 minute hike up to the church on the hill opposite is worth it .Great view. Feels like a very spiritual place as THE Svanetia pilgrimage site for a looong time.

Brand new guesthouse extension, very comfortable and quiet. Hosts were very sweet and helpful. The mother and the son are very well mannered and very respectful of our privacy. For trekkers, you can ask them to come and pick you up by car at Lalkhori and drop you back the next day (small fee of 20 GEL). The food was awesome. Even if a bit out of the trek, I recommend it to trekkers!
We came from Ushguli on foot through Latfar. It was quite difficult, but pleasant. There was a little snow at the top. We arrived at the hotel, where we were greeted like a member of the family. Warm environment, delicious village food. Good wine. They organized a trip to Kutaisi. Marina, the hostess of the hotel, is the best cook. I will definitely I will come back here. Thanks Marina.
They helped us go to Kutaisi.

Excellent place to stop and rest on the way and also to hike...
Excellent place to stop and rest on the way and also to hike around. Three rivers merge here and there are a lot of interesting paths and trails around to explore.
Not very popular, but authentic, remoted and quiet.
The road from Kutaisi is in a perfect condition. A very good 90 km road cycling trip, with a nice and sustained climb and some short ones on the way.

Lentekhi area is green piece of land aside from the main touristic Svaneti area near Mestia. There are no views to Greater Caucasus, however, if you are in a good shape, you can plan one-more days treks via Latpari Pass (and further to Ushguli and other Svaneti villages).
