Family run little hotel is conveniently located and nice owners do their maximum for you to make you feel at home. It is a bit far (like 2 km to the ski lift) but they always take you to and from the lift or the restaurant or the grocery store free of charge and anytime you want. There is a fully equipped kitchen you can use and the house is spotless clean.

Our room was renovated and clean although a few things such as hangers that had come off could have been put back on. The ski room could also be bigger and include a drying room. The hotel tap water is drinkable and of very good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel served pretty good food but the waiting time was long. The hotel is very suitable for skiers. The ski lift is right next to the hotel. But if you want to have a party in the town centre you have to pay for a taxi ride to the centre and back It costs about 26 Lari. But close to the hotel, about 400-500 m, there is a very good restaurant Ati Ambavi with great food and flavours and live music.

Fantastic long, wide runs and, mostly, quality modern lifts. There was lots of snow for late season skiing and plenty of off-piste opportunities. Food and drinks are are reasonably priced and good quality. Local people seem friendly and there is an interesting mix of nationalities on the slopes.

This was our second year of skiing in Gudauri. It is one of the best ski resorts in the Caucasus. Since there are ski lifts on different levels and sides of the mountain it is possible to enjoy skiing in various weather conditions.

NEW Gudauri is the place to be for ski and snowboard adventure. You cannot get any closer then this. Rate of pass and rent versus what you get is more than okay. The pistes are very nice and talented or not talented; you will find your match. There is also possibility to parachute gliding or snowscooter rental. Many bars and restaurants with affordable pricing.

It is a great place for ski/snowboard lovers!
It is a great place for ski/snowboard lovers! the slopes are great, all very well connected to each other with different ski lifts. The slopes are south looking mostly and you have the sun all the time. There are wonderful places to eat and enjoy the lounge situations in the snow on the amazing 2500m altitude slopes.
Slopes reach about 3000 meters, so snow is good.
I stayed here for 4 Days and I really enjoyed it and felt at home.
The Apartment is so CUTE with a Great View! Plus it has everything that I needed, The Location is Perfect, Just 5 Minutes walk from the Ski Resort / Activities and Supermarket , Cafe and Restaurants.
The owner is really nice and kind, even we havent met personally, but he keep on checking on us thru whatsapp.
Really recommend this place and its cheaper compare to the nearby hotels.
Definitely once I will visit again Gudauri, I will book again here.

Overall 10/10 without any single conplaint and obviously you hve keep in mind that you are in mountains so carry a pest killer spray with you because if you open balcony in night with light inside your room you will get mosquitos fly in your room .
Describing this place is a bit of a challenge because it's not a typical hotel. It's a truly unique spot in every way. Each room has its own story to tell and style to experience!

Okay, so first off it’s the only hotel that I’ve stayed in Georgia that has bidet, and I was so happy. If you’re from UAE then you know what I mean😂😂 Next, they gave me free room upgrade! Idk why but maybe because it’s Christmas? hahaha well, thank you so much I had a great time spending my “me time” outside the balcony because the view was stunning! The foods for dinner and bfast was perfect , there’s lots of choices and 1 night was really not enough. I hoped I stayed there longer.
The Gudauri Loft is located right on the lower piste of the Gudauri ski resort, with a pool, spa and restaurant on the top floor overlooking the mountains and pistes. In general, one gets quite what is advertised here on the site - great location, great amenities, clean and well equipped rooms, though with Georgian characteristics. Service is a a little chaotic, sometimes you get drinks only after you finish your food, room cards randomly stop working ... Wifi is great though.
Apartment was great, clean comfortable and spacious. The view from the 5th balcony is an amazing sight to wake up to.
On top of all Luka, the person who handles the apartment, was above and beyond: he was very attentive to anything we needed including ski-pass service to your door, recommendation in Gudauri and general hospitality that was one of the best I expirienced.
We would definitely come back to the same location if we would visit Gudauri again.
Very cosy small hotel, really home atmosphere. Situated by main road just before Gudauri town, aprox. 2 km from ski lift. Free transfer to ski lifts and back. Staff is very friedly and helpfull.
After reading other guests reviews I was expecting very good breakfast and dinner but probably they changed the kitchen staff... It was OK, but nothing special and sometimes too little. And I was missing Georgian food...

The appartment is very nice. The location is very central in New Gudauri and close to all facilitys as well as the Ski resort. The view from the room and balcony is amazing. I can only recommend to book this apartment for Ski vacations in Gudauri. The host was very nice. Handing over the keys and responding to questions was fast, friendly and professional.
The location is very close to the center of the ski resort. The apartment has shorter access to the ski areas. During the season, the surrounding is packed with tourist and made the trip more lively even though is a bit quiet at night even at New Year eve. The room is clean, just nice for a small family, one of the economical price for the same category.
The main bed was very comfortable and the fold out couch was an ingenious design and more spacious and comfortable than others we have rented at Gudauri. Our kids slept well.

This is a family run hotel and you immediately feel the warmth when you enter. Magda and her family made sure our stay was amazing. We dined at the their restaurant for dinner and were absolutely amazed by the food. The place is very close to the ski resorts. Highly recommended!
