We liked the view, was spectacular from 43 floor! There is a plece suitable to visit in summer, now the weather was cold for this period of the year. The food is good, tasty and accesible. The travel is quite difficult from Romania, we have to search for alternatives if we want to return.

The port area is lovely where the attractions are. The rest will be finished in few years with not great looking huge glass buildings. Pity because it could be a lovely place, perhaps it was but it’s very rundown. However, the sculpture of Ali and Nino is worth the visit, it’s spectacular! People are lovely too. It’s compact so easy to see and taxis are cheap. There’s a good selection of restaurants and corner shops.

Batumi is not a city - it's an attraction.
Batumi is not a city - it's an attraction. Everything is made for tourists and for wow-effect. People, free from soviet architectural principles and with new found money let their imaginations run wild and it resulted in a sort of perverted Disneyland, with funky buildings, tons of services and overall feeling of a funfair. It is a great experience to be here, but only once, while wow-effect still works.
As for what's near Batumi - to the south are some exceptionally beautiful mountains, and to the north - great small towns for beach leisure. Also make sure to visit the Botanical Garden.

Batumi is a city for turkish tourists who come for casino tourism. Also it is a easy destination for east Turkey, so people can easy come without visa/even passport. I can see Batumi as a short stop on the way to discover beautiful Georgia. But this place can not be a single destination
Wyn Residences is a brand new hotel at a five minute drive from the airport and a ten minute drive from the city centre. It perfectly combines what you would expect from a very good hotel with apartment facilities such as a kitchenette, a washing machine, an extending sofa and a towel dryer. The hotel is at a 3 minute walk from the city beach and at a 5 minute walk from Batumi new park. Wyn Residences is exceptional from the value for money perspective.
But by far the best thing about Wyn Residences is its friendly and professional staff.
Everything was great. The owners are two amazing people, the room was spotless, all the amenities you could need, a mini fridge, lots of water, tea and coffee. The breakfast was tasty and they even gave me a small food package because i left very early the second day and missed the breakfast.
Everything decorated in a modern style and with good taste.
Also, it is a short walk, like 2-3 blocks, to the restaurants and coffee shops and maybe 10 minutes to the beach.
This will be my go to hotel whenever I'll be back in Batumi.
The hotel located near the Batumi botanical garden. It is quite far away from the busy city center and exactly that is why we liked it so much. The beach with small restaurants are 7-10 min walk. You can easily get to the city center by bus. The guy at the reception and the hotel manager are super friendly, nice and helpful. Our apartment was very cute and clean with modern kitchen were you will find almost everything you need. One can order breakfast or enjoy some drinks in the hotel lobby bar in the evening.
Staff is very friendly. Hotel is modern and safe. Located very close to old Batumi. All museums, restaurants, all city sightseeing points are yours! Good breakfast with omelet, toasts, peach and cherry jam, cottage cheese, dried olives, sausages, black and green Georgian tee and instant coffee on the top floor with nice city and sea view. We got a free upgrade to Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View which was perfect. Staff provided us with electric kettle, iron and heater by request.
It’a a clean basic serviced apartment (not a 5 star hotel). It’s basically a short term rental for investors, not a full-service hotel. That said, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. it is near the beach, but in a neighborhood without charm (nothing but skyscrapers and construction sites for more skyscrapers) about 30 minutes walk from the charming old Batumi. The property manager was professional and courteous, but the front desk was not there to help us.

This hotel was too closed to beach and supermarket in which you will buy some foods and other things. Additionally it was somehow closed to city center for touristic sightseeing places and remarks. The rooms which we stayed so nice. The beds were really comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was good as well tasting Georgian dishes.The personnel as well as the receptionists were really helpful and kind to work your problem(s) out.

The guy at the hotel was very friendly and polite. The location is great as there is no need to use a vehicle to see the coastal sights (such as Ali and Nino statue, beach, Batumi mosque). In addition there are many cafes around in walking distance. Although it is located in old Batumi, finding a parking for our car was not difficult.
The hotel has an amazing location in the old city. In addition, it is near the beach and the central part of the city. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Few kms away from city, but that is the plus of this hotel. Initially we felt we were staying far away from the city, but after experiencing Batumi's traffic and parking hassles, we realised this hotel was a good choice. Just a min walk from Black sea beach, all rooms have sea view.
