When we got there the smell in the house was awful so we had to find air freshener and open all the doors, we then discovered there was a gas leak so the landlord had to get the emergency gas out ,
When we went upstairs the decor was dirty , scribbles all over the walls, dirty doors and door frames, the large king size bed mattress had a huge V dip in the middle so sleeping was uncomfortable in that bed, the shower head upstairs leaked so had to be changed for the downstairs one,
When we went into the kitchen we couldn’t find any metal cutlery or real plates only plastic ones
We found everything in the dishwasher all mouldy and there were no tea towels or oven gloves to use when using the oven ,

The hotel staff were really accommodating of my needs and made me feel most welcome. Furthermore, the hotel itself is really well laid out and the rooms are excellent.
The hotel restaurant and bar area were lovely areas to sit and relax. The food was also good.

Rooms and hotel were clean but breakfast was awful. Sandwiches, sausage rolls and filled croissants all wrapped in cling film. Asked for a plain croissant and cheese - prepacked cheese portions were all out of date! My daughter and had nothing but a coffee. Children had a mueller yogurt and cereal from a huge packet - dud big check the dates in hindsight would have. Would not recommend if you want fresh edible food for breakfast or eat healthy fresh food.
