The cottage was perfect for our needs, a stopover for one night for four of us plus two small dogs. We were very impressed with the decor and how comfortable the owner has made the cottage for visitors. In particular, the kitchen is a lovely space.

Our stay was absolutely brilliant. The room was spotless and increadibly clean, everything looks brand new! This was topped off by leaving us some lovely croissants, fresh milk and OJ and yummy chocolate!
The highlight for us was how child-friendly everything was. They not only had a cot, high chair, bedguard for our toddler, but multiple toys in our room and even better, an array of garden toys, including a trampoline, multiple slides, a swing and football gear. My toddler absolutely loved it, especially as he got the chance to play with the hosts children too! They have the most lovely, huge garden with a lovely view over the crop fields.
The hosts contacted me with directions and details to check in on the morning of our stay. We then had their contact number for any questions/issues which was great.
I really couldn’t recommend our stay enough, especially if you have children! It’s also dog friendly which was massively beneficial.

A delightful country pub with a broad range of beers, wine and food. Thoughtful extras such as bath salts, a personalised greeting message and a glass of port. Staff were helpful, attentive without being omnipresent.

A delightful village, just off the beaten track that feels like it is some sort of time warp. A great place if you want to slow down for just a little while. This was our third visit, and we look forward to many more.

We loved the whole experience.
We loved the whole experience. Excellent breakfast, lovely room, very helpful and friendly staff. We found the shower wet room drain slow and made the whole floor wet but we managed without incident. Did not spoil our stay. Would visit again,

Peaceful. Grew up in Wye so maybe I'm biased.
Peaceful. Grew up in Wye so maybe I'm biased. Apart from imperial colleges attempts to destroy it when they left leaving a few eye sores, the people of Wye continue to just keep carrying on.
Check the church, the local shops and the fantastic local walks and views

Wye looks like a charming village.
Wye looks like a charming village. There are lots of walks around, and the old building and churchyard are interesting. I was on foot and it was very convenient for North Downs Way. It would probably make a good centre for visiting surrounding attractions - there are a number of other pubs and eateries tehre.

Only drove through it on the way to our hotels as we were off to France and we only stayed B&B for one night. Looked a pretty village and I think there were some other options for food as the New Flying Horse couldn't offer us food on the night of arrival due to staff shortages which was sad.

Nice and quiet but easy travelling to Kent attractions.
Nice and quiet but easy travelling to Kent attractions. Local coop for basics with pubs and restaurants which we did not use. Nice feel to the town with no adverse issues we could see. We spent our time (eating and drinking that is) at our own hotel - it was just what we wanted.
The New Flying Horse is a lovely historic inn in the charming town of Wye. Our room was so comfortable and nicely presented, with treats to go with our tea. We had a great dinner, which we had reserved when we booked our room. Special shout-out to Rachel, our server, who had excellent suggestions for us and was very attentive during the meal. The breakfast the next morning was also very nice, with Gary as our cheerful morning host. First rate all around!
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, it was a quiet room on the top floor and considering the age of the building very cosy, the water was always hot when you required it and I slept very well.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the bar was very good and the locals were friendly.
The hearty breakfast was very well cooked with good quality ingredients.
All in all a great place to stay in Wye.
the property is in a very convenient location as this is a country side area. the food from the restaurant is amazing! the breakfast so fresh and the quality was something special. my wife an i were impressed about the quality. the room where we stayed was extremely clean and cozy, bed very confortable and the shower very big. we would definetely stay in this place if we go back to kent-ashford-canterbury area.
Staff were all really friendly
Our dog was spoilt - breakfast sausages and bacon, treats, lovely bed etc.
Breakfasts were excellent
Dinner in the hotel (and wines from Kent) were great
The village is beautiful with character, charm and nice boutiques and restaurants
Lovely walks on the doorstep into the Kent Downs
Excellent food and wine choices at amazingly good prices.
Tea, coffee, hot choc, mineral water and biscuits in room when we arrived. Form to fill in each evening requesting anything we wanted to have replaced.
The softest, largest white towels we have ever had in any hotel!
All hotel facilities excellent staff great, coffee particularly good, dinner didn’t quite meet expectations or value for money, good starter, main tasty but tough, pudding tasteless shop bought pastry base
The venue is set in the delightful village of Wye and is a top notch place to go to enjoy haute cuisine and sleep over night. The full English breakfast was superb with everything cooked to perfection.
The best thing about the hotel were the staff - Gary, Tallulah and Annabel in particular. Great location and excellent food. The service by all the staff (names we cant remember) was first class.
