Beautiful location, shepherds hut was cosy and immaculate and decorated beautifully. Lovely welcome gifts for both me and my dog. The place has been really well thought out and lots of extra touches that make it stand out as a great place to stay.

Fabulous location. We had the garden room, which was great for our dog. Close to a nice park, which was dog friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park was a huge bonus.

The only thing good about this property was the friendly attentive staff
Location to airport for early flight. Lovely room.
Location to airport for early flight. Lovely room. Friendly pub in lovely village.
Restaurant closed on a Monday unfortunately. There are other pubs nearby but after a hectic trip we just wanted to relax with a drink and food before travelling home. We ended up with drinks and snacks ....
Would still highly recommend though, as off the main airport road so quiet enough for a good sleep.

The apartment was well kept, and was absolutely perfect for our last night traveling. Getting to the airport from this apartment was exceptionally smooth. We ate dinner at the Prince of Waterloo pub, the staff were wonderful and funny, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was just fun and jovial...a wonderful experience

It was a self check in, we had instructions and pass code sent, via email.
seen no one at all, coming and going, not that was a problem.
It was ideal for being close to Bristol, we had to be at the B.R.I hospital for 8 am, we didn't want to travel in the morning from taunton to get there for 8.
The room was a good size, warm, clean and tidy.
it had a 2 seater sofa, it was ideal.
PS; the reception and dining area was also clean and tidy.
1 thing we did not like, was the memory foam mattress, for us, it was very strange to sleep on.!! and a bit of an effort to get out of bed.

It was a quiet location (with the windows closed you couldn't hear the aircraft landing at the airport). We walked to the pub: The Prince of Waterloo (also very good) in ten minutes via a good, clear path.
The B&B only has one guest room so it's as well there was just sufficient parking outside (anyone bringing two cars might have a problem).
Pictures below taken at Tyntesfield House (a National Trust property close by).

Good for one night stay before early flight.
Good for one night stay before early flight. Key code is sent to you just before you arrive. The place was packed actually, lots of cars. There is Shell station just across the road. Room was clean, and there was all you need, including a tea kettle. I ordered Arrows taxi in the morning, and here is a tip - the post code may be not too accurate as the taxi was waiting at different location nearby. You can get Airport Flyer A1 bus as well.
We stayed here overnight as catching early flight from Bristol Airport. We were a bit concerned when we arrived as the pub was very busy and car parking quite full. However, we needn't have worried. The staff were extremely nice and the rooms were great. We didn't hear any pub noises and by the morning the car park had emptied. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really good. I would definitely stay again. the staff are a massive credit to the hotel and it was just what we needed the night before a flight.
It is fresh, new and beautifully clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook including a full oven and dishwasher.
All on the flat with easy access for a walking frame.
The owners were absolutely lovely and very responsive. Any questions were answered almost immediately.
Winford is in the Chew Valley which is really pretty. It is a short drive to Bristol and Bath. There is a pub within 5 minutes walk, and a small village shop.
We had a really nice time staying at the hotel. The rooms were pleasant and had everything we needed. The decor was nice and added to the ambiance. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the pub food for dinner, it was great. Overall, a good experience.
Stayed here for work close to airport but seems a million miles away. Nice room, nice views. Housekeeping very good lady gave me extra milk when I needed them. Compared to other hotels very good value for money.
Bed was broken, no hot water, owner stole a package I sent to the hotel after I was told I could. I have called and emailed to follow up about the parcel and had no reply.
