The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. The room was nice, though the TV tuning was dodgy, but we weren't there to watch TV, so it didn't matter to us.
It was so good, we are looking to book a weekend away at a location that has a Radisson Blu, so in effect, the hotel will be the attraction.

Location of the hall was great. Only 2 minutes from local bus service. Grounds were lovely. All the staff were excellent. Room lovely and we got a room with a bath as requested. Tea and coffee making in the room were good. Would stay again.

Room was spotless, very nice since it has been renovated, bed super comfy! Staff were great especially the guy who checked us in, didn’t catch his name but we checked in on Friday and he couldn’t be more helpful!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The food was good quality pub-grub. We slept well. The beds were clean. There was not a great deal of noise considering we were above a pub and on a main road.

We used the hotel as a base to visit Beamish and Lindisfarne and it was perfectly locatec for this. Also close to Durham which we would have visited had weather permitted. We looked arround for somewhere to eat on the first evening, but ended up at the hotel, the food was so good I would have gladly stayed longer and worked my way through the whole menu!
