Everything! The staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was excellent. The rooms were outstanding.
It was for my mother's 90th birthday and this was the first time she has stayed in a proper hotel. She loves green spaces so it was east to visit local parks and walk along the river. She is so happy with her stay.

The boat was supposed to be within walking distance of Hampton Court, as I have lots of issues walking it was an hour long walk and had I known this I would not have booked in the first place. The map on Booking.com is completely misleading.
