Beautiful and comfortable environment, great location, exceptional service from all staff. Dinner and brunch in the restaurant were excellent- especially the dinner which we enjoyed on our first evening. Really impressed with the care and attention given to accommodating my garlic sensitivity.

Breakfast choices very good, if I’m going to be picky I would say that the hot food could have been hotter but I think that is partly caused by other people not replacing the covers.

Convenient location close to amenities, had car parking space but also bus stop opposite with frequent service into Kingston for shops etc also very close to Hampton Court Palace . Many shops and restaurants close by .

The boat was supposed to be within walking distance of Hampton Court, as I have lots of issues walking it was an hour long walk and had I known this I would not have booked in the first place. The map on Booking.com is completely misleading.
