Very friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally good food, especially the breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and they went out of their way to be helpful when a disabled family member visited for lunch. The room was in an annexe that was comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed. A large screen tv worked well and had a super picture that you don't normally get in a hotel/pub.

The comfortable king size bed and very modern bathroom, the beautiful location and the food and drinks on offer. The beer garden where we were able to sit outside in the sunshine. The ability to have our luggage delivered ahead of our arrival. Fabulous toiletries from one of my favourite manufacturers.

The property was full of character and lots of quirky features. We had a balcony that overlooked the garden which was well maintained and included an outside bar. the staff were very friendly and accommodated our request for an early check in so that we could get changed before attending a wedding. Breakfast was great with good quality products.
The car park included electric charge points for those guests who needed it.

Quirky industrial design , great free coffee machine but the stair case inside my room was very steep so go careful in the night ! Cool modern look but the bathroom might need a re think as the shower screen allowed water to run across the entire bathroom floor . The property does back onto a nursery and a busy road so it’s busy and not the quietest but not a major problem . Parking is also away from the property and the recommended and surrounding car parks are open which is somthing to consider when booking . Good location as close to town
