nothing at all. it's dirty. reception had overflowing bins n rubbish all over the floor. no workspace due to their personal belongings and guest personal information/booking confirmations being left out for anyone to see. this must breach data protection. its just awful.
the place should be closed down. and shouldn't be called a hotel and rather a more fitting name is hostel. it says spa hotel but has a very dirty small hot tub, which you wouldn't want to use due to the poor hygiene and cleanliness throughout the whole hostel. also does having a tiny hot tub qualify for the word spa - i think not.
i wasn't told about the staff having to drive/ move my car every 5 mins due to few/none car parking spaces that they double park the vehicles so always moving vehicles, Just to fit in a few more. which they wanted to charge £10 extra per day! Hopefully you won't be in a rush if you want to get out in your vehicle as it takes alot of time for them to move vehicles about in order to get yours out!
after seeing my hostel room (I wasn't happy so before going back to reception I put my phone on charge for 5 mins whilst I took stock and looked for and booked another hotel but the plug socket sparked so I wasn't even able to do that. it didn't feel safe. the receptionist was very kind and showed me a family room in order to see if we would stay but after taking me next door the light didn't work, stains on the bedding so was a definite no for me! lots of broken parts and very very poor hygiene.

Amazing value for a very clean and comfortable stay, everything was excellent for the price, we would definitely stay again and would recommend, the large room was much bigger than expectedand the decor was great!!

Great place to stay.
Great place to stay. The house is very clean and has everything you need from all crockery, cutlery, pans and even a book shelf full of books and a cupboard full of board games! Beds are so comfy and the pillows are hypoallergenic. View of the lake is stunning. Communication beforehand is also excellent.
We ate at the smugglers inn and the Sun Inn both lovely 😍
