The location of the property was in a good spot. The walk to the castle was only 15 min. Very close to Victoria Street.
On Princes Street, opposite the Scott Monument and National Gallery, Mercure Edinburgh City - Princes Street Hotel has an excellent location, a friendly atmosphere and views of Edinburgh Castle.

The location and the views from the hotel are amazing! It is SO EASY to get to transportation and the major tourist areas. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options.

The room was clean and bright. Transportation into the city was easy and affordable. the shopping center close by made for a nice stop for supplies. Parking was just outside the front of the building.
