The whole experience was amazing. The staff were excellent very accommodating and friendly. The owners greeted us as if we were family. Our room was fabulous. We booked with a four poster bed as it was for a birthday celebration.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The hotel is right on the headland so visiting Tintagel Castle was easy. There is plenty of parking and the shops and pubs are a 5-minute walk. The owner was lovely, friendly, and cooked a superb breakfast. The room had everything I needed.

The setting is wonderful. Lovely to just step outside the door down to the cove and to wake up to that view of the sea and Gull Rock. The staff were really accommodating, all of them. I was surprised at how large the room was and it was spotless. The writing desk was a big plus too

Our Canadian daughter loved her visit to the castle even though the weather was threatening rain.
We booked rooms for two nights, but following my wife's experience of seeing a ghost in the middle of the night we left after just one. No refund was offered.

Tintagel is a lovely village it has some real quaint shops and the castle beach is well worth a visit although found the entry fee to the castle a bit steep so we didn’t do that the tide was out for a visit to Merlin’s cave but be prepared for steep steps 😂 the pasty shop was lovely too and all the tea shops etc looked amazing happy travels 🥰🥰

The castle was beautiful but the location was everything they said and more! The castle is on the cliff edge and the views are absolutely magnificent! The restaurant inside was perfect and had excellent food!
The Cornishman Inn is in a fantastic position for travellers to explore the surrounding areas, including Tintagel Castle, which was part of out trip. Having it's own car park and generous beer garden was also a bonus. The room was small but comfortable with everything we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast was good and the lady serbing was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We even had extra bacon brought to us as the rashers we had been given were 'a little on the small side'.
Exceptional stay - the property was spotlessly clean, newly refurbished, the room had all needed amenities and more (even bathrobe was provided), quality mattress and bedding, gorgeous view of the sea and 19th century castle. Owners of the property were very welcoming, advised on the best route to the hotel and shared taxi contacts. Lovely breakfast, especially the fresh fruit salad. Location is the best for the views and access to Tintagel Castle.
We enjoyed our stay in Copthorne, a cosy and clean bungalow cottage which is located near to the shops, pubs, cafes, bakeries, Tintagel castle and the stunning Cornish coastline. The location of the cottage is quiet and peaceful. It is well - equipped and lovely Maggie, the owner, is only a call away if needed. It is also a great base to explore the rest of Cornwall. Highly recommended.
Laid back place for those looking to chill and have experiences with similar minded people. The owner is an absolute pleasure to talk to. Beach hostel but really serious about cleaning and common sense rules. Excellent location near Tintagel Castle. No frills but filling breakfast (all kinds of cereals). The place in North Cornwall. Rooms not overcrowded with beds as some hostels.
Our room was in the annex of the building, a large room with excellent facilities. Comfortable bed, large shower with toiletries provided. Room had good heating. Breakfast was included in our price and served in the hotel, with a choice of continental and cooked option. Free car parking provided in local car park, with guest parking ticket. Easy walking to Tintagel castle.
The location was amazing, very close to the castle ,if you are a keen walker you wouldn't have to use your car as u could walk for miles, Remember to go &look at the old post office in tintagel,All the staff@the hotel made me feel very welcome Breakfast was amazing ,i eat in the hotel every night I was disappointed, you must try the beef &ale pie,
Bruce was absolutely great, what a great host. He ran the whole show and never failed to have a smile on his face. The room was spotless and the breakfast was lovely. The accommodation is central to Tintagel with the castle within walking distance. Super dog friendly. We would highly recommend the Tintagel Arms and will definitely be back.
The apartment is perfect for a group of up to 6 people. It has everything you need to make it a home from home. The owner also runs the giftshop downstairs so was on hand for any queries. Located on the main street, there's easy access down to Tintagel Castle and lots of options for food and drink. Would definitely come back here again.
Great selection of breakfast offered, perfectly located in the centre of Tintagel , near all local pubs, restaurants, shops and only a short ten minute walk from King Arthur’s Castle and Merlins Cave. Clean and comfortable beds and a very friendly team who made me feel right at home. What more could you ask for!
Wonderful old b&b in a fantastic location, but even more so the restaurant was super cozy with such a lovely young lady to check you in and take care of everything. Food was supreme. Walkable area. Note, the water pressure may have been the BEST I'VE EVER HAD! Certainly in an older hotel! Thank you!
This property is a stunning establishment. Located in the perfect area for amazing, breathtaking views. A very short distance to Tintagel Castle and the local town. The decor of the hotel is absoutely stunning and the staff were sooo warm and welcoming. Orginally booked 1 night ended up staying 2.
the dogs were treated so nicely in the hotel and even a throw provided so they could sleep on the bed such a lovely thought! Breakfast was delicious in a very attractive conservatory with wide views of Tintagel castle, the entrance to which was practically next door
Could not be a better location. Very close to Tintagel Castle and in the center of town. Staff went out of the way to find alternative choices for my gluten and dairy intolerant sister at breakfast. Big bonus that I could bring my dog.
Our room was large and very comfortable. Large bathroom, too. We loved the decor. very restful after spending the day exploring Tintagel.
Delicious made to order breakfast.
We’d definitely stay here again.
The location had easy access to views of the coast and Tintagel park area. It was also an easy walk in to the small town. Eggs benedict were a rather special option for breakfast and well-enjoyed.
The huge breakfast, hotel location with amazing views in every direction, convenient for 95 bus stop and coastal path to walk to Tintagel Castle, the solid old Hotel building was warm throughout.
The Hideaway is a bright, very clean and tastefully decorated home. Everything is brand new and well maintained. The place is right in the heart of Tintagel.
