We loved the position. There wasn’t anything we didnt like about this holiday. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to licensee Alan McFarlane and restaurant manager Mary.

the room was great just right for my husband who has mobility problems great breakfast had a meal in the evening there again great just a very lovely pub to sit inside or out what made it good was the weather
Great place to visit the cave. Steep hill to walk back up after visiting the beach/ castle. Not good for people with mobility issues unless you catch the jeep that takes you down and back.
You could walk to the church nearby and have a great view of the ruins from there.

Tintagel is an interesting village, with most things you will need. It has a choice of places to eat, including a vegan cafe. There are lots of places to park. If I were to go again, it would be out of the school holidays as there were crowds everywhere. There are lots of quieter places in the surrounding areas, so we had more than enough to do.

Our Canadian daughter loved her visit to the castle even though the weather was threatening rain.
We booked rooms for two nights, but following my wife's experience of seeing a ghost in the middle of the night we left after just one. No refund was offered.

Absolutely fantastic for those passionate about the matter of The Arthurian Mysteries. Saint Materiana's Church is on a Ley Node and is worth a visit for those with interests in this field. Also plenty of Dragon Energies in the area to explore and dowse if possible.Within easy reach is The Sacred Saint Piran's Well and Chapel-Church on the Pilgrim Path to the Beautiful and Serene St. Nectan's Glen.
Exceptional stay - the property was spotlessly clean, newly refurbished, the room had all needed amenities and more (even bathrobe was provided), quality mattress and bedding, gorgeous view of the sea and 19th century castle. Owners of the property were very welcoming, advised on the best route to the hotel and shared taxi contacts. Lovely breakfast, especially the fresh fruit salad. Location is the best for the views and access to Tintagel Castle.
The apartment is perfect for a group of up to 6 people. It has everything you need to make it a home from home. The owner also runs the giftshop downstairs so was on hand for any queries. Located on the main street, there's easy access down to Tintagel Castle and lots of options for food and drink. Would definitely come back here again.
Beautiful hotel, clean and in a stunning location. Gorgeous 4 poster bed and lovely view from balcony. The whole hotel is beautiful inside and out. Lovely, friendly staff, and the perfect place to stay if you're heading to Tintagel Castle and love a bit of King Arthur!
the dogs were treated so nicely in the hotel and even a throw provided so they could sleep on the bed such a lovely thought! Breakfast was delicious in a very attractive conservatory with wide views of Tintagel castle, the entrance to which was practically next door
Fantastic location, beautiful property, right in the centre of Tintagel. Close to a lot of areas of Cornwall. Nice walks along the coast and of course the falls and the castle all within half hours walk.
