The team at Malmaison were really friendly and approachable, Very friendly with responses on queries I had prior to the stay. Room was really comfortable and spacey, which I would expect for the amount paid.

    Theale is easy to get to on public transport from Heathrow, and also by car being just of the M4. The area has lots of country walks, including along the Kennet and Avon canal, and around a bird sanctuary lake.
