Hello, I was very impressed by the reception staff on my arrival, very helpful and engaging, the bar staff that evening made me feel very welcome, all facilities met my expectations, I had a wonderfull night in the room, however the bath plug requires a new gasket as it does not hold water for a bath, or perhaps a replacement rubber plug would sort that out, breakfast was lovely and the bar provided me with an out of hours coffee for the deck at the beach, my time was very much enjoyed Im sure I will return again soon,

The house was ideally positioned with easy access to main roads across the south coast of England. Easy to get to the ferry port in Portsmouth and to go to Brighton.
Chichester is very close and has all types of cusine and is a nice city to visit for a day out. Lovely traditional high street shopping.
