Lovely room with a window that opened out to the trees.Quite a long walk to it though as there was not a direct lift to that floor but very comfortable and stylish room.

The property is meant to be impressive and so it is, you are paying for the building and the lawn in front. Best part is having a drink outside with view of impressive lawn but you don’t have to stay here to enjoy that. I would not stay here again.

Location was great, just outside Winchester in a quiet countryside location. The breakfast was huge and of good quality, allowing the choosing of options from the full english breakfast, also having a vegetarian option. British food at the pub was of good quality.

It was a really lovely stay they could do with bigger cups or change the size the coffee produces in the machine as it overflowed over the top of the cups. The pool was a little small but nice and modern. Great area to stay between Sailsbury and Winchester. Would be helpful to have a little map of the hotel to give out to people as lots of directions are given to finding your room that you might forget them

Staff were majorly attentive and a real credit to this gem of a find. Scene restaurant beautiful Cooked food absolutely faultless.
Please see other review where cleaning problems are mentioned.
Very dusty, dirty, no toilet brush, definitely not within 4 star standard
Every other aspect perfect. It’s a Shame this let them down as it reflects badly on the property.

Check in was very welcoming and very helpful.
Check in was very welcoming and very helpful.
Room allocated: The room was very close to the Spa which was ideal for me to use the facilities.
Unfortunately, the room was very tired with the towel rail hanging off the wall in the bathroom. The shower was clean but in areas covered in limescale which meant that around the bottom of the shower cubical and the plug hole had a pink tinge to it which was not that appealing.
The room was quite large with a huge comfy bed together with a fridge, lockable safe with tea and coffee facilities with a large wardrobe with a fan, ironing board, iron and hair dryer.
Dining experience - unfortunately you were not able to order room service which should have been made available to all guests.
Spa - the shower lockers - 4 of them did not work. The pool area is quite large together with a steam room and sauna. Unfortunately there were so many people in the spa that I was unable to all of the facilities.
For the money that I paid for a 2 night stay I did not get value for money as the room was not up to a standard and I was left feeling very disappointed.

Staff were very accommodating and pleasant.
Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Nice touch was onsite shop for such things as snacks etc. Very welcome after a long day. Breakfast can be purchased at the service station about 30 metres away so all good.
A good hotel is where everything goes smoothly, a great one is where there is an issue and the staff leap into action and ensure that with a minimum of fuss and great communication things are put back on track. Top job!
For me the location is ideal, I realize this may not be the case for all as it's a drive to any center, but as a base to work from or explore it's very good.
The beds are comfortable, the shower powerful and I'd be happy with the bed linen in my own home!
I booked the hotel for my husband and his father. They loved it!
The hotel is very well located, easy to find, it's close to motorway but surprisingly very quiet, the rooms are spacious, big, very clean, the coffee/tea included is a nice touch. Beds were very confortable!
Definitely a great quality/price!
And it's close to stonehenge!😁
It was good location, and good position of the room, maybe next time I can use a room on the back of the building as I could hear some noise from the trucks starting off from the petrol station, otherwise hotel inside very quiet and comfortable, Thank you
