A superb Hotel in a very good location very close to Covent Garden, all the Theatres, Trafalgar Square & Whitehall. The rooms were immaculate, spacious & very comfortable. The staff were very friendly & courteous. Highly recommend this Hotel for its value.Will certainly be returning when staying in London.

We initially were moved in into a room with a poor view however a certain member of staff names Kiewon (i think) was so kind he showed us options to upgrade, gave us a late checkout and on top of everything gave us a token to get 2 free drinks which were very much enjoyed. Kiewon is the reason we will return to the hotel in the future, he made the difference for us between a poor stay and a great one.

had a very good sleep as bed was comfortable ,the Italian restaurant was really nice ,location good to get to places and central london . Will be coming back. had WiFi issues with our room moved our rooms immediately without a issue .only downfall is the swimming pool needs a bit of work as the seal from the sides of the pool is coming off and visible ( felt pieces off it under my foot when swimming) and the temperature of the water is quite cold . you also need to book in advance for a spa slot rather than going down when you have spare time . room service was quick and food tasty aswell . had a overall pleasant experience .
