Very, attractive hotel interior, staff friendly and efficient. We loved the room with its view over the runway! This was fascinating. The toilet with shower room was beautifully and tastefully organised. At breakfast there was a very pleasant atmosphere not often found in hotels and we found eating alongside airport workers and pilots as well as fellow travellers to be a lovely mix. Having the lounge seating in this open plan setting with the dining area provided a relaxing and interesting place to await the time to leave. We will be happy to return.

Staff were friendly, helpful and informative even very nice about us checking out late. Room was clean, shower worked perfectly. We checked in at 4am so didn’t get up for breakfast but have had breakfast at their other hotels and it was always delicious and the staff have no problem getting more food for you if something has ran out. I would recommend the hotel to anyone

I am furious that I cannot ring Ramada as their seemingly only phone is either ringing and no one answers or saying. Out of service. Tried their head office and they insist the only phone number they have for the hotel is the same one. Nobody there could help me. The receptionist that booked me filed completely . Was offered wake up call , never arrived so I only woke when cleaner turned up , missing out on shower, breakfast and late for appointment. Asked when booking in if my car was OK where it was parked and told it was ok. Now been sent a £100 fine as apparently receptionist should have informed parking company that I was staying there. I know it was after midnight when I booked in but that shouldn't affect the service I received. Need help but cannot find out who to contact and how. One very unhappy customer.

A wonderful surprise after having spent the whole afternoon travelling down to Stansted airport. The warm welcome and friendly staff immediately took the stress out of my early morning flight the next day. A drink at the bar served by charming people in a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful decor and a quick but tasty meal was just what I needed

Do not expect a 5-star hotel despite the 5-star prices. Newly refurbished premier rooms have lovely, friendly, soft beds.
Using deep, fluffy carpets in very long hallways is a mistake as it can be challenging to pull suitcases over them.
I only use this hotel because it is right next to the terminal, and my flights to Denmark are often ridiculously early,
You get two bottles of water in the minibar. Why it is not possible to run a minibar service in 2024 I don't know.

It was an enjoyable stay, albeit a short one. Edi & Dan are wonderful hosts and were quick to respond to our questions. It was everything we’ve hoped for. For those planning their trip, I’d highly recommend staying there. It’s close to the airport, but we didn’t hear any airplane noises whatsoever, or any noises for that matter. I suggest you take a train from Stansted Airport to Stansted Mountfitchet, as it’s about 7 minute walk to the property, as taxi might be pricey (we paid £45 for this short ride).

We landed at Stansted Airport late evening, so just needed a cheap bed and breakfast, but were blown away by this excellent find.
Everything was exceptional...the room, the location, the cleanliness and the hospitality.
Then there was a beautiful surprise of the Linden's decor, as we went down to our Lovely breakfast. This hotel is stunning!
The decor and ambiance are quite the best we have experienced.

Excellent airport hotel. Not overpriced. Clean and comfortable rooms with everything one needs for an overnight and not cramped as some airport hotels are. Great gym with cardio machines, weights, and drinking water. Restaurant and bar. Extra coffees and teas in the room. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. They even helped me mail an urgent item before I got on my flight. Really wonderful staff at reception. Even the shuttle driver was super friendly and helpful.
The closeness to the airport and the shuttle bus was great since we landed late in the evening. Clean, modern rooms. Great bed. Our family had adjacent rooms with a door, that could be locked from both sides, connecting them. Good breakfast.
A Bolt for four people from the hotel to central London was cheaper than the combination of taking the shuttle bus back to the airport and then Stansted express to central London.
I like the premier newly refurbished rooms. I only use the hotel because it is right next to the terminal.
Breakfast is okay if you like dry hard bread and hard cheddar cheese. No continental cheese.
The location is excellent and the hotel can charge what it wants due to this. Opened the minibar, and found two bottles of water.
Why in 2024 is it not possible to have a minibar in an expensive hotel?
It was clean and quiet and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good when compared to US standards. The airport is 7 minutes away, and there is an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes 24 hours a day. The shuttle costs 4GP. Staying at this hotel is less expensive than staying in London and you can take a train from the airport to london for around 30GP.
We hired a car from Greenmotion which is based at the hotel because we were going back and staying the night. This gave us free transfers to and from the airport which was only 7 mins away. The room was very quiet and you wouldn't know that you were underneath the flight path of aeroplanes taking off. The beds were comfortable too.
Very good location close to Stansted Airport
Staff were excellent. I left something in my room that was important to me, and it was turned in and I was able to collect the item from the hotel a week later.
Breakfast is available from very early in the morning for people who have an early departure.

We have a flight early in the morning the next day, we took a bus from city center to airport and then take the bus line 309 from airport to the hotel. The other day we took a Uber at 6 AM from hotel to airport, cost around 20 pounds, in the morning there were lots of Uber nearby
The location of the hotel is very close to airport (just 5 minutes or about 500 metres walking). The signposts to the hotel were plenty and crearly showing "Hamilton" with blue color. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices, and the atmosphere in the lougne was very peaceful.
Excellent location for stansted airport. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast amazing . Staff friendly. Restaurant not open on Sunday night but we had a lovely meal in Stansted Mountfitchet. All in all made a lovely relaxing start to our holiday . Will definitely use again .
Staff were really friendly. The services next door were a bonus and parking was free. It was really cheap and close to airport so I would prob use them again, but if you're like me and the journey is part of the holiday, this hotel will leave you feeling disappointed.
Comfortable and close to Stansted. After a five hour car journey and three trains, this big, cool, airy, comfortable hotel was exactly what I needed. Slept for nine hours and woke refreshed before my flight. Very impressed. Very good bar too.
the owner and staff were really great! Our room was super cozy and clean. The location was central so we had a fun day walking around. If you're flying out of Stansted airport, this hotel is a great place to overnight.
Great location, right beside the airport with cheap shuttle bus every 30 mins at least to and from the hotel. Hotel room was large, clean and had a TV so perfect for stay close to airport.
The hotel is nearby Stansted airport and most Europe flights land here. The problem would be night bus access which seemed little hectic for us. This has nothing to do with Hotel anyway.
