Lovely hotel, right in the middle of Stratford. Room was very clean and very tastefully decorated. Lady on reception was very helpful, walked us to our room and gave us some recommendations for food and drinks

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and hospitable. The rooms were beautifully designed and perfectly clean. The location, less than a 10 minute walk from the RSC was perfect for tourists. This was not so much character cottage, as tatty town house.
This was not so much character cottage, as tatty town house. It was grubby, dusty and uncomfortable. No free to air tv. There was a lack of the basics, like toilet paper and the kitchen seemed to be a repository for left over junk.
