It's a clean hotel in a beautiful place. We were staying to go to the Minnack Theatre. There were lots of other guests doing the end-to-end on motorbikes but they were all super friendly and lovely people.
The breakfast was good. We had an evening meal which I found to be very limited choice. Basically posh curry, burger or fish and chips type. There were mussels on the specials menu but it was more like a starter without any extras like salad, veg, potatoes.
That said, I enjoyed my food. Good range of desserts but no cheese which I fancied with the lovely bottle of red we had.
Offering a children's playground and terrace, The Stablerooms is situated in Sennen, Cornwall, 2 km from Land's End. Free private parking is available on site.

What an absolute delight! We were in the area to attend a wedding and Lin & Steve were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The property was immaculate, very well equipped and had incredibly comfortable furnishings. Everything was to a very high standard and the thoughtful touches such as milk in the fridge on arrival were really appreciated.
The location was perfect and whilst there is no parking at the property itself, the free car parking was literally steps away and there were no issues getting a space. Would definitely stay here again and happy to recommend it.

Lovely location just over a mile along the coastal path to Land's End. Excellent fish and chip shop with perfectly cooked battered fish and the best fishcake we've seen anywhere. Beautiful beaches with plenty of surf but very quiet so we used it as a base and travelled out each day

The beach is at walking distance from the hotel, around 10 minutes along a path which is steep at certain points, but can be reached by car as well.
There are some walking routes from Sennen Cove and many interesting locations not far away reachable by car or even by bike. It can be either a good place to explore the south of Cornwall or to rest at the beach.

What a fabulous place!
What a fabulous place!
I had booked a two night stay at the Old success Inn never having visited before, as a birthday surprise for my partner. It was everything it should be and more.
We had our dog family with us . The room we had booked was comfortable and spacious with a lovely look out to the sea, there were treats and all sorts in a special box for the dogs. I had requested a birthday welcome for my partner ( we arrived to a birthday banner and balloons)
The staff were helpful and attentive ,nothing was too much trouble (even on Saturday evening when the pub was it’s busiest) they put an unfinished bottle of wine away for us and brought it out the following evening for our use… amazing! How many places would take the time (or the honesty?!) and do that. We did not prompt them to do this
The food was good and the portion sizes ample.
A relaxing delightful place to unwind. A real treat! Real value for money…
Well done the Old Success!
We’ll be back!

Thé house owner was very helpful.
Thé house owner was very helpful. We had used the key code we were given but moved Into the wrong property. I really liked the small flat but we had actually booked the bigger house. Geoff was very helpful when he realised what had happened, and said that he had the place cleaned again and got us to move properties two days later. We also needed some loo rolls and a tea towel which were provided as soon as we asked. He also helped by suggesting a place to eat as the ones at the Cove were not taking bookings from non residents. But the First and Last pub at Sennen was great. No booking necessary and good food. The Cove was excellent - sand as well as rocks and great for swimming. But a very very steep way down

Lovely and peaceful ending point for a walk from Land's End...
Lovely and peaceful ending point for a walk from Land's End (in fact a lot further South), pretty to walk around in the evening, and a good base to go walking around Men-an-Tor and to visit Geevor Tin Mine and other nearby sites such as Cape Cornwall, Pendeen Lighthouse and the Last Inn in England.
sennen cove retreat was in a great location in the cove opposite beautiful sennen beach
it was immaculately clean , well furnished and decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable
Lauren and Steve are lovely people, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy and even left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift which was a very nice gesture
we highly recommend The sennen retreat as a great place to stay for exploring the surrounding areas.
The sea view room was spacious and very comfortable. The view outstanding. The quality of the food produce was excellent Although there is no parking at the hotel the car park is across the road and currently £9 for 24 hours. Well worth it as I think accommodation cost is not expensive
We had a fantastic stay at Sennen Cove. We stayed at a 3 bedroom property. Beautiful views from the kitchen and master bedroom. House was clean, comfortable and spacious. Walk to the beach was challenging as the hill was steep but the views were amazing. We will definitely book again.
John was a great host, the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Our room was lovely and it was great having use of the lounge and conservatory. John made us feel so welcome, we felt completely relaxed. A great location, peaceful and close to sennen cove. We will definitely go back.
excellent location; great breakfast; lovely room; friendly and knowledgable host. An absolute treat. try the Sabji breakfast . really very good. Close to the Minack and literally walking distance to sennen cove.
Really old hotel that has been so tastefully remodeled using high end fixtures rarely seen in this type and price property. We booked very late on a bank holiday Friday so had a back room, but it was stunning.
Exceptional location and accommodation; think boutique hotel crossed with an art gallery! Ample parking for cars and our motorbike. Spacious and comfortable room. Delightful hosts and scrumptious breakfast.
An absolutely fantastic hotel,, the staff were amazing the food was outstanding, such a welcoming place. I've been telling everyone they must go, I can't wait to go back, thankyou for a wonderful stay.
The Sennen Cove Retreat is perfectly located and was perfect for what we needed. It is a very well stocked apartment and we enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the sea in the evening.
