First time to stay in a bell tent. Plenty of room. Nice outside bbq and bench but sadly it rained so we couldn’t use them.
Boasting garden views, The chuff cabin features accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 2.4 km from Progo Beach.

Not B&B. A Cabin has been converted to a snug, double bedroom facility in the compact outside back of residence. Step out the front door of No 14 Bank Sq and you are in St Just. Plenty of facilities in town centre. A tea/coffee making kit in room would be a great bonus. WiFi - very strong signal.
The issue for consideration is that the Cabin is not en-suite, to use kitchen/bathroom (both of utmost cleanliness) you have to leave Cabin to access inside of property. Bit of a pain in middle of night, so take slippers/Crocs. Sarah is very accomodating indeed, she works insane shifts so is often not about. I would certainly go again (if they'd have me).
There's a need to weigh-up the above mentioned compared to tariffs for nearby BnB/Hotels/Pubs etc. I certainly felt value for money. A cosy feel to the place. They have a lovely cat but not sure about pets policy.

Ideally located for walking along the cliffs.
Ideally located for walking along the cliffs. Not too far for sightseeing such as Land's End and that particular coast. St Just has some good traditional pubs, at least 3 cafes (very welcoming too). Overall a good location. Food in The Commercial Hotel was very good.

Lovely stay at The cCmmercial.
Lovely stay at The cCmmercial. Nice small town central for the beach, and surrounding town, such as Penzance. My friend and l went to The Minack theatre, 4 miles away, so The Commercial was perfect for that.
The Commerial and all the staff couldn't do enough for us, good food, comfortable beds, very attentive, young staff.

St Just is one of my favourite parts of Cornwall.
St Just is one of my favourite parts of Cornwall. A lovely little town with great beaches and coastal walks in short proximity. The town itself has a range of places to eat and drink - three pubs that all serve excellent food, and a butchers who do the best Cornish pasties you'll taste anywhere. St Just is a great base to spend the week hiking the coastal routes and exploring the various little coves and beaches such as Portheras Cove, Porthmeor Cove, Porthgwarra, Porthchapel and Pedn Vounder beaches. It is a long drive, but absolutely worth it to go somewhere a little less touristy!

Beautiful olde worlde type market square with numerous bars and eateries within it. Cape Cornwall is a must visit, it is a bit of a walk to get to if you don't take the car but well worth it as you can actually climb to the top of the headland and look directly over the edge at the wild Atlantic waves crashing in. A short bus ride to Penzance bus station from the St Just bus terminus is ideal as you can pick up any bus to pretty much anywhere in the whole of Cornwall from Penzance. Every bus ride is a £2 flat fare (2023) but a weeks unlimited travel is £25 and worth every single penny. Beautiful place.

St. Just was easy to maneuver around in by foot and for a small town had some good restaurants serving locally sourced food. The hiking was spectacular, but allow yourself longer time than the locals tell you as there are many side paths and you need time to enjoy the views!
Great location, complete with some friendly horses next door. Took a bit of finding initially, as didn't realise Gwens bell tent was the name of the plot. We thought it was the name of the site. Bell tent was well kitted out with all essentials. Gas stove, cooking equipment, cutlery and plate, lighting, seating. Gas BBQ, firepit, toilets, shower and water very close by. Nice short walk to Cape Cornwall, with stunning views of lands end and beyond. Stars at night were amazing, and worth going out to the toilet in the middle of the night.
The staff and owners were excellent, nice friendly and nothing was to much. Bebo the dog was a beauty as well 😍 Room and bathroom was good size and very clean. Food was excellent and locally sourced Roxane and myself enjoyed our stay at the Wellington and St Just Cornwall and will be looking to come back and stay at the Wellington again as this is a good stating point and the beautiful cape Cornwall is a stones throw away and Penzance, Mousehole and Michael mount
We highly recommend the Wellington
The location was perfect for me as I was visiting some family and friends. It's very handy being in St Just with all the amenities there but also close to the rugged coastline and nature of West Cornwall. It is also much nicer to stay in an authentic miner's cottage rather than in a characterless resort or chain hotel. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. It was also lovely and quiet so the perfect getaway from London!
We had a fantastic stay here, ample room and amazing location, 5 min walk to cape Cornwall, gas bbq and cooking stove with utensils provided, porta loos with tissue, everything was clean and tidy! Blow up beds with pump in case of deflation, staff were very friendly and accommodating, horse and wildlife literally right next to tent! Could not fault this place, will definitely be back!
Really well appointed..Great Shower and comfy bed. Cape Cornwall within easy walking or driving distance,we did both. Close location to pubs, shops and eateries. We recommend the Dog and Whistle. Large free car park nearby to the property. Beautiful walk from the Cape to Sennen and well connected to the bus route so you are dropped off two mins from the property.
Centrally located in the heart of St Just not far from Cape Cornwall. Immaculate newly refurbished property. Amazing walk in shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Very spacious. Comfy sofa huge smart TV good wifi. Friendly staff owners. Nearby Co op and shops restaurants free parking in nearby car park or on street
My favorite stop so far on the SWCP. Wonderful accommodations. Breakfast was the best I’ve had so far. Homemade bread. Locally sourced jam Fiona was very knowledgeable about the local area. I’d back in the area will definitely stay for a few days. Thanks for a great experience in St Just.
Fiona was very friendly and she made us feel very welcome.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The furnishings were very nice .
The location was excellent for the Minnack theatre, the tin and copper mines, cape Cornwall etc
The location of the hotel right near Cape Cornwall was fantastic as we were walking the South West Coast Path. The wifi was very strong and having a bar and restaurant on site was very convenient.
Beautiful setting with stunning views over Cape Cornwall, The Staff were very friendly, excellent food, lovely swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, close to Penzance, Minack Theatre, St Ives.
Breakfast was very good. The room was as expected for the current price of rooms in Cornwall at the moment. The staff were pleasant enough without being particularly warm and welcoming.
