Nothing to fault about this hotel.
Lovely rooms, exceptional public areas, great food, lovely friendly staff and the there's the garden !!. We had a lovely but too short stay.
Must stay longer next time around.

Lovely room and great location for the purpose of our visit. Friendly staff. Liked the brreakfast in the room, coffee was lovely.
The Lizard area is lovely. Little Karenza is in an isolated area although there are houses nearby. No local shops and nearest supermarkets and garage for petrol are Helston The Cornish lanes around the property are very narrow and many are unmarked so it will take you a few days to orientate yourself. Don't follow satnav if is says go via Gweek!!!!
