The motel was very comfortable and clean, we were so happy with it when we got there but we unfortunately got a room with a broken air conditioning and lock. We took our two boys away for the weekend for my sons first birthday and they both couldn’t sleep in the 25 degrees room, we asked for help and a fan 2+ times and had no help. Then we went to get water from the corridor and our lock was broken so we couldn’t get out of the room. It was a major fire hazard and we felt very uncomfortable with our 2 kids. There was no phone in the room or information on the help desk, but we finally managed to call reception and they moved us to a different room.

It’s close to Bristol UWE and parking was cheap enough - £5 for a day. Staff are young but very polite and kind, professional. Value for price, not really.
