Cool, unique and quirky hotel. Location is perfect for exploring the centre of Birghton. Staff were super nice and accommodating. Definitely will be back to stay in a different room as they are all individually themed.

The staff member at the front desk was very polite and helpful (not sure of his name, Welsh guy), the room was a fair size for what we paid and the bed was comfy, liked that there were tea and coffee facilities in the room. Location was excellent, right in front of the sea life and pier. Got lucky and managed to find a parking space a few minutes walk away using the £8 permit we bought from reception. Not exactly the Ritz, but perfect for a couple of nights if you're staying in Brighton and just need somewhere to lay your head at night. Ear plugs were provided but we didn't hear much outside noise (maybe because we came in at 1am).
This little village is a peaceful and quaint place to visit.
This little village is a peaceful and quaint place to visit. This is the second time that I've been there and would recommend it to anyone look for a gentle holiday. Brighton is close by if you want to visit bars and clubs.

My husband originates from Brighton so we are very familiar with the area. There is lots to do, walking, cycling, travelling is easier by bus as Central Brighton is very expensive to park your car. Lots to do at The Marina. In Brighton, Volks railway, museums, pubs, restaurants, The Lanes, The pier, Brighton Pavilion, Go on the bus further afield to towns such as Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Worthing, Shoreham or hop into your car and visit The Bluebell Railway, The Downs , several National Trust properties. The choice is endless !

Rottingdean is a beautiful small town, the bus links to Brighton are great. The beach is beautiful, clean and uncrowded. Shops in this small town cover whatever you may need for a short visit. Shanes Place is a lovely little cafe with excellent food and cakes. Just dont bother with The White Horse, the standard has dropped over the last 3 years and we will not stay there again.
For the price we paid, this was an excellent place to spend a few days in the lovely village/town of Rottingdean. As in the description, it is only a studio so not huge but we still manage to cook meals using the equipment provided. The general decor was to a high standard and it was very clean.
Nicely decorated. Shower was good and large. Decent size bathroom. Residential area. Thoughtfully spaced out development. Storage great in bathroom and for hanging clothes. Rottingdean is nice location. Regular buses to and from Brighton £11 for a day between 2 adults. Bus stop 2 min walk.
location was perfect and beautiful beach nearby. property is clean and spacious. The host was very kind and helpful. Easy to reach to the Brighton pier via bus.
The facilities at this property is like a 5 ⭐️ hotel.
Definitely coming back.
The hosts were very friendly and a lovely couple. The accommodation is close to the sea and cliffs and provides a lovely walk towards Rottingdean and Brighton.
The room on the first floor was nice and kept quite cool during the hot weather.
The location was perfect. I'll definitely book this little house for my annual UK trips. The hosts were prompt and friendly when responding to queries. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rottingdean and surrounds.
I liked the small veranda attached to the room, which does have a sea view, very pleasant to sit out there and have a drink. Breakfast was good, parking was perfect, we had easy access to buses or you could walk x
Fantastic accommodation, small, but perfect for what we needed, which was somewhere clean, get showered and sleep.
Walking distance to Rottingdean and 5 mins to the bus stops for Brighton & beyond
Sunny large window at front with seat cushion. Great location. Clean. Modern. Lovely decor. Clear instructions for access. Near to supermarket, restaurant, pubs and beach. Pretty village.
Great place to stay. Jackie & Rob are brilliant hosts and very friendly. Room & breakfast as always perfect for our needs. Previously stayed here and would highly recommend.
Own secure front door. Compact, bijou, everything you need for self contained living and relaxing, a 6 minute walk from Rottingdean's wonderful coastal walks and cafes.
Great location - a short walk in to Rottingdean village where there are lovely coffee shops and the coastal path. Brighton Marina is less than ten minutes drive.
