Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Very friendly and a lovely atmosphere. Lovely bedroom and ensuite bathroom which were spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Chocolate on your pillow! Bottled water, coffee, tea and biscuits. We ate in the restaurant at night and it was excellent food and lovely staff. Lovely breakfast, good choice and extras of fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals. Very big car park. Would definitely return again.

We loved the little touches that were on a par with some of the best hotels we've stayed in, and the lady who runs the place was very helpful when she needed to be but left us alone when she didn't, which was great. We liked the open breakfast idea, too. The bathroom was large and everything was immaculate. The bed was comfy and there was a decent sized TV in our room. The coffee and tea making selection was top notch.

The house exceeded all our expectations. It was spotlessly clean. Everything was included that could be and great attention to detail at a very high standard. Every time I contacted the owner I received a reply straight away. It was a few minutes drive to either Bridlington or Flamborough so ideal for everywhere we wanted to visit.

It was like a home from home , absolutely stunning place. Lovely and clean and great courtyard to sit outside and enjoy the weather (when it’s not raining ;) )
The Beds were really comfy and kitchen had everything you could ever need. Including an oven and washing machine.

Very comfortable bed! Wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts, breakfast was fantastic. A little out of town which is a benefit - beautiful gardens and rural setting. Definitely recommend !

Very disappointed, booked for 3 nights my partner and I for my birthday. Door handle came off reported to reception straight away, advised someone coming now it never happened, TV's didn't work no signal, leg coming off dining table a lot a light bulbs not working and the furniture not fit to sit on in my opinion, Tv remotes held together with tape, not a very welcoming place hence checked out the following day, called in reception to let them know, they were not interested, also advised the door handle still not be fixed, all we got told its nothing to do with us, its a private rent, would never recommend The Bay, feel a refund should be offered, watch this space

the beach at reighton is one of the best because its wide sand lots of space the cafe they do great food when there this week we saw the wild doliphins in the sea that is the 1st time i have seen them in 6 years of viesting that beach. the only down side is they is no public tolets
