The did not have a view, but it was clean and roomy. The bathroom was excellent. Plenty of cupboards in the room. We at least had our breakfast with a sea view

Breakfast was a 10/10 so shout out to chef for such a lovely breakfast very tasty & plenty of it. The owner of the hotel couldn’t do enough for us. We will be visiting again in the future. Location was close to the beach & all the amusements & fair.

Totally honest review. The apartment was well fitted out with everything you needed for a short break. The fact it doesn't have a kitchen didn't really bother us as we only stayed for 1 night. The hosts were really pleasant and they had left little extras just incase you had forgotten anything. The place was clean and tidy.

Very disappointed, booked for 3 nights my partner and I for my birthday. Door handle came off reported to reception straight away, advised someone coming now it never happened, TV's didn't work no signal, leg coming off dining table a lot a light bulbs not working and the furniture not fit to sit on in my opinion, Tv remotes held together with tape, not a very welcoming place hence checked out the following day, called in reception to let them know, they were not interested, also advised the door handle still not be fixed, all we got told its nothing to do with us, its a private rent, would never recommend The Bay, feel a refund should be offered, watch this space

the beach at reighton is one of the best because its wide sand lots of space the cafe they do great food when there this week we saw the wild doliphins in the sea that is the 1st time i have seen them in 6 years of viesting that beach. the only down side is they is no public tolets
