Breakfast was poor
Completely messed up my wife’s vegetarian request and the food came back after returning fried eggs for scrambled as swimming in grease.
Main breakfast had no mushrooms and was very basic

Nothing went well. Very horrible accomodation.
Reported issues not dealt with, they lied that someone will come in at 11am to view but no one turned up. I checked out of the hotel unable to stay the second night paid for.

Quality for the food served and the description and source of British products. Hotel had a secure car park. The staff were friendly and very obliging. Buffet style breakfast was well cooked and wide ranging.

Beautiful settings and location Mrs says spa and pool were out of this world and definitely will be coming back for another stay and very helpful staff which make you feel welcome , recommended to friends and family
The door number wasn't included and when I text, no reply and when I rang on the day, 10 times, no one came back to me, so I couldn't stay there and I rang loads of hotels and they were all booked, except Holiday Inn, Limehouse who wanted to charge me £599 for one night. It is now over 24 hours later and still no response from the owner!
Lovely hotel. Have been going there for years. The lovely lady on reception was so helpful and even opened the bar for me to get a drink. So lovely she was.
Friendly staff, we’re helpful too. As it is very cold at the moment appreciated the heating being on full blast and everywhere in and out of the hotel room.
