The staff were incredible from the moment I called to explain the reason for my visit, until I left. Sim was so supportive & understanding on the phone & Claire looked after me by name & in person for my whole stay. I felt extremely supported & looked after which made my whole experience much easier as a solo guest. My room was incredible!!!! I never wanted to leave!! Stunning suite!! Would certainly return.

I felt indulged the whole time! The staff, the care, the attention to detail, the food, the building, the Pavilion (where we had our meetings) were all definite plusses. My room was lovely—and a great touch was the coffee machine; no nasty instant stuff here! It was good to have so much storage space and such a lovely shower. I had left my washkit at home; this was no matter as shampoo, etc., was supplied, and within a few minutes of ordering a toothbrush and toothpaste via the hotel's online app, the lovely concierge delivered them to my room. The grounds were pretty. I eat gluten-free, and that was cheerfully accommodated.

The door number wasn't included and when I text, no reply and when I rang on the day, 10 times, no one came back to me, so I couldn't stay there and I rang loads of hotels and they were all booked, except Holiday Inn, Limehouse who wanted to charge me £599 for one night. It is now over 24 hours later and still no response from the owner!
great size bed, lovely quiet area away from the city, nice lounge areas, decent bar, the other hotel guest were steering (probably because I’m black and beautiful)
Lovely hotel. Have been going there for years. The lovely lady on reception was so helpful and even opened the bar for me to get a drink. So lovely she was.
Friendly staff, we’re helpful too. As it is very cold at the moment appreciated the heating being on full blast and everywhere in and out of the hotel room.
