Very comfortable hotel. Many changes since I last stayed here. Staff, without exception, were all very helpful, friendly and informative. Great location for the beach, 20 minute walk into Falmouth.

The welcome was warm, if brief. The bed in the room was comfy and the bedding was nice. The kettle and tea and coffee facilities were useful. The room and corridors upstairs smelt nice as there were plug ins.
