The property is a beautiful period building, with a fantastic garden, so ideal for dining inside and alfresco. The room we stayed in (Yew), was spacious, well appointed, had a really comfortable bed and a great shower and bathroom. Wardrobe and drawers if you were looking to stay longer.

    Location was excellent.

Location was excellent. Property was beautifully decorated and furnished. It was warm and cosy. Very comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend. Loved Pett Level and Camber Beaches for walking. Also countryside walking. Loved a stroll through Rye town and Rye Harbour. Good hot chocolate, coffee, sausage rolls and cakes at c-side cabin on Pett Level Beach. Two Sawyers Pub is good for food and is a short walk from the cottage. Take a torch!

A lovely village to stay in.

A lovely village to stay in. Near to the country parks where the walking & views over the coast were beautiful. A short drive into Hastings (loved the crazy golf) & not to long a drive to Eastbourne & Beachy Head for even more amazing walks & scenery. Our stay at the Two Sawyers pub (in Pett), where we had excellent breakfast & evening meals, was lovely & comfortable with a warm welcome.
