We stayed in room 1. It was a lovely family room with a comfy double bed downstairs right next to the bathroom and an unstairs with another double bed and a single bed. It was located around the back and up some spiral staircases. The staff were amazing. We didn't get to meet them, but Holly kindly answered all our questions, communicating on the app and over the phone. To help us not have to leave our event early for check in, a key was left in the key safe for us to get into our room at 11pm for when we arrived which was amazing for us. There was sugar, milk, tea and coffee, plenty of towels, hand soap, and toilet roll. Thank you.
With views over the river, this riverside hotel is a 5-minute walk from Worcester city centre, and a 2-minute walk from the Royal Worcester Porcelain Museum and the cathedral.

It is on the River Severn and the opportunity to sit on the terrace and watch the sun go down was not one I shall forget in a hurry!
The breakfast was absolutely delicious.
The rooms had individual character.
