You can't fault the scenery, and the views from every window of the building are breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious. We dined in the hotel restaurant one evening, which was lovely. The food was impeccable. Unfortunately, they have removed some of the small dishes that were perfect for me. Our room had an amazing view of the lake and was spacious. We had tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water in the fridge all complimentary.
My husband used the spa facility and was more than happy. I had a treatment as i always do when we stay here. The ladies are fabulous at their jobs and i was so relaxed afterwards.This was our third visit here, so we have noticed a few changes. I love this hotel but this visit has left me unsure if I would come back for a fourth time.

Nice and clean, centrally located and a place to store my bicycle. Room was OK, not the biggest of rooms but OK for me. Shower was good and the room was neat and tidy.
All the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was spot on, it really set me up for a day's cycling.
The bar area is a bit small but was good for me, prices very reasonable, I would stay here again if I return to the area.
